AC Pros were able to do a same day consultation and source parts with a proposal by end of day, when my compressor seized up. Two days later, the system was replaced with a very clean installation.

I was referred to them. That’s a great start. Even so, I believe I received the same level of service anyone else could expect; prompt call back to my initial enquiry, a call from the assigned technician, a text from the technician when he was on the way, including a link to track his location, a temporary fix, a fair quote, and an honest opinion of which option I should go with considering my particular circumstances. Not the most expensive either.

All topped off with an evening call to ensure I fully understood the options and a comment that he lived in the area and will be happy to come by and keep my old system limping along until the new system was installed.
