AC Pros

I would highly recommend AC Pros. We had a situation with a clogged line and Andrew came out to fix it within a couple hours. Being from up North we're really not used to systems like you have down in South Florida. Andrew took his time to explain the differences and let us know how to properly maintain the system. This was the second time we had used them. When we bought the house a couple months ago there was a contingency to get the AC system fixed. We needed to get it done before closing and they were extremely responsive and repaired the system so that we could proceed to close. Once again I highly recommend these guys.

Called on Tuesday evening for service. Tech was here Wednesday morning. He explained that it was time to replace the unit. It would be expensive to fix the problem and the units had reached its life expectancy. New unit was installed on Friday. The tech name was Mark. He was very professional and explained everything to me. Will and Malik were the installers and they were also very professional. We had a very good experience all around.

This is the best company we have ever used. Our air conditioner broke and they came out and gave us a very fair price. They also had it installed the next day. Due to health issues in the home they put our family first. They thought about the customers needs and they were there on time and had the new unit in in no time. All the employees and the owner was super nice. Mark did his job amazing and got us the best price . I will recommend this company for sure and will use them again.

We are new to the area and unfortunately bought a lemon of a house that is needing a lot of unexpected repairs. One of such repairs was a brand new AC system and duct work. We had another company come out to look, who spent little to no time inspecting anything and told us we were expecting too much from the AC to have a cool house, and it was running like new (over 15 year old unit.) Needless to say we aren’t impressed and sought out a second opinion. Todd with AC Pros was incredibly helpful and sent someone out right away to look. Andrew, the technician, spent almost an hour at the house, climbing into the attic and inspecting all parts of the unit. He gave us a detailed diagnosis, with pictures and diagrams, and also sent over a proposal of what we could expect in costs for a replacement unit. We were incredibly impressed with the amount of communication, not only from Andrew, but Todd and Wes as well. We definitely made a great choice in working with AC Pros on such a big project, and they took care of us every step of the way.

AC Pros did an outstanding job for me. They were professional, on time, competent and thorough in everything that they did. They explained what they were doing as they worked and were polite and caring. I felt very comfortable with the job that they did and the knowledge they possessed as they did their job. I would highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors. Great job!

I highly recommend AC Pros, Todd and Wes came promptly and gave us a very fair price and great advice for our system replacement. The entire job was done the very next day in about 6 hours. Our new unit works great and we were so impressed with the speed, quality and professionalism of Todd, Wes and the installers. Thank you AC Pros, you truly are pros!

The crew that replaced our AC handler did a great job and Mark went all out for us. We are very happy that we made the switch to ACPros.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. Andrew and Obner we’re extremely knowledgeable and professional. I know very little about AC systems and they really took the time to walk me through everything. Their prices were extremely competitive and their work was very high quality. I’ve used many AC companies over the years and this is by far the best one! I would highly recommend them for any service, maintenance, repair, or installation!

It started with great pricing, great customer service and installation was on point . We are very pleased with the final installation. I would recommend AC pros to anybody looking for a honest opinion and best pricing . Great Job thanks again
