Lehigh Valley HVAC Pros - 24/7 HVAC Allentown PA

Not sure where to begin. We hired this company and their sister company -- EVA HOME SERVICES. They both operate under same owner - Tony. We are professional contractors and build multiple buildings all around PA. Never have we ever dealt with such an unprofessional company and crews.

We hired them to install 7 tons minisplit system at a new beer store in Allentown. They sent one technician to install multiple minisplit systems and their helpers change everyday. They fight on the jobsite and curse infront of the property owners. They were delayed in installation over 3 weeks, on a couple of days, no one showed up and when they did, no one worked for over a few hours. They made a few mistakes and forgot to put air/return in a couple of rooms. When confronted, the tech started cursing because he was having a divorce etc.

Somehow, they managed to finish the job. Two months later, summer came and when we turned on the units, all of them started leaking. Now there are multiple leaks in the ceiling, damage to electrical fixtures and need repairs.

When we call for service, they straight up refused to provide support because there is $1000 balance and until it is paid, they will not come out. Installation was completed 3 months ago, balance was paid in full and there was no communication from their company what so ever regarding open balance. We will be hiring a separate contractor who knows what they are doing to fix their installation and now taking them to court to pay for their mistake.

Believe it or not, you will find better contractors somewhere else. This company is an absolute joke and utterly unprofessional.

My hot water heater died two days before X-Mas holidays. I reached out to Tony@Eva Home Services who responded in time and restored hot water to my house as soon as equipment was available. Very responsible, professional & courteous team. Highly recommended.

It was close to midnight when I realized I didn’t have heat anymore on Christmas Eve. I called and they were super nice and helpful. Was able to get a guy out in a timely fashion. Which was impressive for it being a holiday. Tech was super nice and polite and was able to get me back up and running. It was one of the coldest days of the year single digits so they saved the day! Thank you!

Tech came out to trouble shoot mini spit not working. Couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it. So he said he’d try pressure testing it… “thinks it might be leaking.” Where? He doesn’t know, but maybe the compressor is also broken. Might need to buy a whole new unit bc it would be extremely expensive for him to fix it. He has to leave now, an hour was too long for him to stay I guess. Boom $300. And I’m just left right where I started. Emailed after service to see if this was normal to charge customers for basically telling them they didn’t know anything. No response. Had to pay a more professional outfit to come out and diagnose a leaking coil in 15 mins.

My furnace was turning on but not heating the house. When I called them they were able to come out the same day and did an excellent job at getting my unit to work. Very professional and knowledgeable. It was easy to understand everything they explained. Very good communication and promp response.

Rob did an amazing job. He had my air conditioner fixed in less than an hour. He stayed and made sure the unit was working properly before leaving the job. I couldn’t be more happier for choosing this company. Absolutely knows what his doing and very experienced and friendly.
