Mark was very good at explaining what services were performed and which ones he recommended in the future. Never pressured to spend extra on unnecessary repairs. He was honest, transparent, and very professional. This company was recommended by a coworker and I would highly recommend them to others. I will absolutely continue to use them for any future A/C needs.

I’ve been using A/C Pros for a few years now. Their bi/yearly maintenance is top notch. They make sure inside and out is clean and running perfectly. When it came time to replace my inefficient builder grade unit A/C pros gave me a great price in a new more efficient system. The install went perfectly. My house is real comfortable now. I could not be happier with A/C Pros. Highly recommend.

After having used many other A/C companies over the years, and being very unsatisfied, I found AC Pros about 4-5 years ago. They are professional, honest, and great at what they do. The service technicians are wonderful and office staff is as well. They don't give you a crazy 8 hour window and make you wait all day for them to show up. You never sit around waiting and wondering if they are coming - they stick to their schedule, and call if they are running behind. When they started servicing my 2 units, which were original to my home and in need to be replaced (22 years old), they kept them up and running until I was able to afford new units. Not once did they push for me to purchase new ones or complain on the effort trying to keep them running way past their A/C life. Finally 2 years ago new units were installed. Timely, professionally, and they even cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend giving them your business, you won't be disappointed.

AC Pros has been my company of choice for years and they never let me down. I recently had a mini split installed in my garage that I am extremely happy with and anytime I've needed them for a service call they have been prompt and professional in taking care of the issue. Highly recommended.

Our drain pain was over-flowing and the system shut off and we recently moved into this house. We called 3 emergency service companies and AC Pros of Fort Myers responded in a matter of minutes. Luis was the Tech and was at our home within an hour. Luis was very professional and knowledgeable of how to resolve this issue. Luis thoroughly checked the system and compressor and provided some tips & tricks to keep the unit running smoothly. I intend on using AC Pros of Ft Myers for other AC needs in the future. AC Pros did a fantastic job with cleaning our ducts and our system. They were professional and were on time and communicated with me though the whole process from sending texts/emails in regards to appointment to when the technician was on his way. Todd went above and beyond to help. Andrew was excellent as well when he came out to look and service the ac unit. If you are looking for a top notch AC company AC Pros is it.

AC Pros were great!!! They came out the very next day and located our issue right away. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and had a great product, they also educated us on the preventive maintenance for the future!

We were having an issue with our AC system. This is the second time I used this business. A guy came out identified the problem and got everything working before he left. If I have issues with the system in the future I will very likely use AC Pros again.
