They are amazing!! Mark Voorhees who is the repair technician is amazing, he brings customer service to the next level!! Corinne in the office is great! She was so professional and had someone come out the same day!! We are so happy with the repairs and their customer service!!

We had issues with this company from the moment the man who was coming out to give us a diagnostic and estimate. Our appointment was made between Friday 12:30 and 2. This window would provide my husband time to come home from work, at 11:30 he messages my husband telling him he was on his way to our house my husband advised him he was still working that he had asked for an appointment window between 12:30 and 2p, he said that note was never made by whom ever scheduled it. He advised my husband that if no one was home his appointment would postponed for a different time.(mind you we had NO AC in 90 something degrees weather) Fortunately I was home and was able to let him in. Our entire unit had to be replaced so our installation was scheduled for Monday morning at 9am. My husband took the day off to be home during the installation at 10am we received a call letting us know they had an issue and said they would have to reschedule for the next day, my husband upset advised him he had taken an entire day off from work to be home for this and he needed it done. Finally at 2:30pm the technicians arrived to install the unit, Installation was about the only good thing about our experience with AC pros. Tech Wilfredo was knowledgeable and courteous he answered all the questions my husband had. Today Tuesday my husband received a call stating that the tech did not collect payment, before he left our property my husband asked what payment he was speaking of ( as we had financed) he told my husband he had to pay for the installation, my husband advised him we had financed it would not be out of pocket. The guy was taken back when my husband told him it was financed. He asked if he had completed and signed all the paperwork for the financing process which was done the previous Friday. Overall communication between the staff was lacking which was extremely frustrating.

AC Pros responded quickly, professionally, and efficiently to replace two AC units and outdoor condensers. Installation was most complex but the teams managed it extremely well. From planning to installation and assistance with our home warranty company, AC Pros managed the entire process in a magnificent manner.

Josh and his partner were great. They came on time, stayed late and made sure everything was perfect for us including fixing something extra we requested last minute. They were very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

AC Pros came to my home and diagnosed the problem, and answered all of my questions. The technician walked me through me every bit of the process. Scheduling was quick and they arrived earlier than arranged. Did the work with absolute professionalism and left the work site absolutely clean. I am very impressed with the service, and I am so glad they were assigned for the project.

Todd and his team were easy to communicate with and super responsive with from start to finish. They made what was a very anxious and expensive decision a smooth and painless one. I appreciated how the transactions could be done electronically. We had multiple quotes from other vendors. After talking with Todd it became obvious AC Pros would be our choice. I would encourage anyone to get a quote from this group if you are considering AC help. We certainly did not regret our pick!

We recently moved into our new place and asked AC Pros to check the two AC units out. If they needed maintenance, they’d do it and let us know the condition and recommended path forward. We got the worse news you could. Both units had mold caked on the fans blades. Apparently these systems were never serviced. Our tech gave us two options, replace both systems or they could take both systems completely apart and clean them with chemicals. Due to age, we opted that the money spent would be better spent on new systems. They actually installed both during a holiday within 10 hours. They’ve worked immediately afterwards with no issues. Glad to have AC Pros in our corner moving forward. Honest, reliable, and fair are hard to find in a company. Glad we did.

I have a used AC pros several time and they are so attentive and helpful. Their knowledge and professionalism are second to none. I have recommended to family and they feel the same way. Great company highly recommend to everyone.

I saw a Groupon for an equipment tune up and read the reviews. I called or emailed the company and they were the first to respond to schedule an appointment. I reached out to three other companies. I spoke to Todd on the phone who did a great job putting me on the schedule within a couple days. Mark the tech was professional and timely. I was schedule for 8am-10am. He was there at 8am. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Definitely would contact AC Pros again.
