He came out quickly and helped us out with a new AC estimate for the company I work for as well as the follow up installation procedures. Highly recommend this company .

This is the second time that I have used AC pros, through my home warranty company. I called them this morning, I spoke with Corinne, I explained that I have an English bulldog and I can’t not have air conditioning, because bulldogs overheat. Corinne took the situation extremely seriously, and Mark was at my door within an hour! What can I say? These people actually care about people, and situations, and treat emergencies like emergencies! Mark is awesome to deal with, he’s a very funny, very sweet and caring man, it was a pleasure to meet him and deal with him. Better yet? They are replacing my system tomorrow! Mark worked so hard to make that happen for me, I owe him big-time!!! I will never use another company, and I will refer all of my clients to this company because they treat people just so well! Thank you all, you’ve made this a painless experience for me, and I can’t appreciate you more!

Andrew came out to try and figure out why our air isn't working. He was on time, he was quick and efficient and more importantly... he was kind and personable! Unfortunately an unusual part is broken on our unit and sadly no one has it and he had to call 5 companies until he could find one that could order it for us. The company explained that the part would take 4 to 5 days to get to us and Andrew explained that they usually receive parts in the afternoon, but the minute it was in his hands (and it looked good), he would schedule for the following morning to be out to repair our unit. I couldn't be happier with AC Pros or Andrew!

One of the most professional, honest and efficient AC companies we’ve worked with in a long time. The owner was honest, insightful and professional. The installers were fast & efficient as well as knowledgeable and hard-working! Working all day in the Florida summer heat is not for the faint of heart and this installation team did it without complaint.

I signed up for the two cleanings a year (great price) and when Mark Voorhees came for our cleaning, he was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very honest that our AC was beyond the point of him being able to clean it and had years of dirt and dust and mold which we kind of expected from previous owners not taking care of it. He explained how it happened, what it means and gave us options of what they can do to help us. They gave us a very good deal and had two people out a couple days later to make our AC like brand new! They also pushed back my original contract for the cleanings since I already paid for it so it will start in 6 months. They were so helpful and responsive so I would highly recommend!

Initially the thing that impressed me most about AC Pros was their communication. From the moment I scheduled the appointment I received a text confirming the date and time, I then received another text from the tech letting me know when they would be on site. Once the service work was performed received another notification that the work was completed and thanking me for my business.
Upon arrival to Tech was polite knowledgeable and thorough! From the office staff all the way through the completion of the work by the knowledgeable and friendly technician I was very impressed and I would highly recommend AC Pros for all of your HVAC needs! Thank you

Corinne provider excellent customer service. However, Luis the AC Technician has been assigned twice and he is phenomenal. When previous work was done very poorly, Luis took the the time to explain what had been done badly, and how he would resolve the issue. He is patient and a great ambassador for this company. Thank you.

Andrew was awesome He did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t need and gave options to keep my filters clean. Very professional! Would highly recommend. Very honest. Rare for AC companies.
