One of the worse experiences I've had unprofessional technician and predatory sale techniques. Their technician became angry when I didn't accept his recommendation to replace my complete system for $9k dollar when I asked him about replacing the blower motor instead I was told that isn't an option and when I talk to the owner I was told that they would refuse the job and ask that I go to another company

Correct if most of the business owners are like yourself they will remain a 1 star

Very responsive to any issues that would arise at installation took care of immediately. I would highly recommend this company. All of the employees that I met seemed very competent. Overall was an excellent choice on my part.

Evidently I was way to quick to judge. My initial evaluation was somewhat accurate as they did come 4 or 5 times to properly install my AC unit and after it leaked through my ceiling they did take care of it.
My issued now is of a more serious nature in my mind because it makes me afraid of how they may have installed my AC.
The issue now is They refuse to work with the Collier county inspectors to permit them to inspect the work that they did on the installation of my air conditioner. The inspector has been here twice but due to the lack of cooperation from AC Pros he has been unable to inspect, I am afraid that they are hiding something in the installation that they don't want the inspector to see. It appears as if they plan on leaving me with an open permit that someday I will have to close. If you don't mind a company that refuses to fulfill its contractual and legally required obligations then AC Pros, Fort Myers is for you.

I would highly recommend AC Pros! They were pleasant to work with - great communication, prompt installation and excellent work. They replaced our AC in our second home, so we were not there to oversee what was going on, but they sent pictures upon completion and thoroughly explained the details. This is how a business should be operated. Thanks again!

Todd very carefully explained my options to purchase two new AC units. I took some time to vet what he told me on the internet and confirmed that I was getting the right equipment at the right price. The installation was prompt, professional and clean in the extreme, and they showed me how to work everything including the new NEST thermostat. This is a very good company, extremely conscious of their reputation for doing things well and right. I would highly recommend them!

This is the greatest AC company, I would trust them with any of my AC needs, AC Pros went out of their way to help me. I came home from work on Aug. 17, and my unit had quite working, and they had a new unit in on Aug. 21. I was dealing with a warranty company, but they were of no use, and I would still not have AC, if I waited on them. I decided to go through AC Pros, all the way. The repair guy Andrew was the nicest man, when I was in tears he comforted me, who does that ever. And the owners Wes and Todd were willing to work with me, concerning the money, and could not be nicer to me. And the two installers Lewis and Obner, were really nice to have here. They all have a 5 star rating from me. I would recommend them to anyone out there, who needs AC work done. We are both still trying to deal with the warranty company, so if you are paying for a warranty company, get rid of them, they are not worth the trouble to deal with. It was hot in here for 4 days, but we had a portable AC that kept it at 80, not good but bearable. AC Pros all the way. I and Missy my dog, will be thankful to you for the rest of our lives. They arrived right on time and were very professional and courteous. He was able to fix my AC issue quickly and he took the time to explain how I should maintain my unit. He was great!

Mark Vorhees was professional and informative and walked me through the entire maintenance process and even booked me 6 months out so I didn’t have to remember to call in 5 months! The company overall is amazing and Mark was the best!
