I am Boat capt in key west more than 17 years. 5 star AC service is best of best! On time ! Professional! Thank you! When their technician on the way to your home , they text you let you know. This is the way for run business!
Not like others , when they said Monday means next month Monday! Or you never know when !

Raymond was the technician I can't tell you how in-depth he went and how hard he worked to find the problem but he did find it I was amazed. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to either have their air conditioner fixed or for a new AC. They are the most professional company I've ever worked with I can't give them high enough points...

From the moment I called 5 start they lived up to their name. The call was quick and easy and they got me on their schedule promptly. They emailed and texted me follow ups which was great. I didn’t have to be home and felt very safe about leaving them a gate code to enter my home since they sent me not only a picture of their service tech but a short bio on him as well. They were able to fix my air conditioning duct system on the spot and charged me a very fair fee. I will definitely be referring them more business.

Daughters house had no AC, 5 Star sent stellar technician, Matthew, who found the problem immediately, replaced capacitor, showed us where filters were, that had probably never been changed!🥴
We have always had filter at air handler, not in ceilings…

There is obviously pleasure in the day being saved when you require a service and it’s expedited for your convenience and satisfaction. However, we’ve all had experiences where repairs were needed and completed but the process was very tedious and irritating. NOT the case with this company! Not only was our issue fixed in an expedited manner, but it was after hours and they ensured we had a good nights rest with a working A/C unit. It was a last minute call for a last minute issue that they made a first priority and I am very thankful. From talking to the owner, to the technician, it’s clear this company has a bright future. It was a neat feature getting a quick and neat biography of the technician who was coming to repair my A/C unit. Made me feel like I was dealing with a friend than some big corporate repair employee who doesn’t care so much about quality because the business keeps going on anyways. Not the case with them, they ensured quality through assurance, keeping their word and taking care of us like their own. Pricing was more than fair, it was much appreciated and I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

I've tried other companies but am so glad I finally found 5 Star Air. They are HONEST and reliable and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. So many other companies do just to make commission. Thank you for your continued services! I recommend you to everyone!

Heard them on the radio advertising how their techs get paid hourly and don’t push unnecessary services and products and then read all the good reviews after looking them up. Had a scheduled time between 9-11 today and got a text at 8:30 that they are on their way with a pic of the tech Matthew Armstrong. Great guy and was just as advertised, honest and got the job done. I have a company do the maintenance yearly so I have paperwork for the warranty of my unit and to make sure there’s nothing wrong that I wouldn’t notice. So now I know who to call when I need maintenance or service. The other company I had out here last year wanted to sell me some special drain flush for $200 and a bunch of other misc stuff on top of the maintenance charge.

Nick was professional and he was here in 6 minutes of me calling for the request. Repaired my ac, but most importantly he told me everything he was doing before he did it. The lady at the office was amazing too! 5 stars for this company
