5 Star Air

Eddie came earlier than scheduled which was great for me. Asked exactly what I wanted done and for any problems we were experiencing. Since we were looking for a new company for service work anyway he explained in detail about living up to a 5 star rating and what they do to maintain that rating. We had just finished a fairly major remodel to our condo unit so dirt and dust became a big problem. He cleaned everything thoroughly, did his routine maintenance and then we talked about a maintenance program moving forward. Eddie was a great guy with 20 plus years in the hvac business and was a pleasure to visit with. Highly recommend 5 Star Air.

My system went down on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. They were out immediately to diagnose the problem. They got me a new system installed within days and even went out of their way to borrow me a portable A/C unit to get through the weekend.

The pricing was the best in town and when I got home you could not tell that they were even at the house. The install was very clean!! I appreciate everything and would highly recommend them!!

We stayed at Galleon Marina in Key West and one of our A/C units quit working. Five Star was on site in an hour and promptly fixed the unit. The service technician, Jesse, couldn’t have been any nicer or professional. I highly recommend these guys.

Nick was amazing! Came at 10pm to fix my AC! I am on dialysis overnight and was dreading the thought of doing it at 85 degrees! Nick and 5 star came to the rescue! Professional and really helped me with the payment! Thank you guys! Amazing job!

I had called in the company to see if they could look at our system, they were very professional and also informative. They fixed the system, were very concerned that our system was not working. Eddie and Matt are very professional and courteous people. I want to give them a 5 star rating as well as the company.

I called our ac service provider who does our maintenance because our ac wasn't cooling. They came out and said we need a new compressor, which was $2900. He recommended we get a whole new system for $5900. He didn't bother to check if the unit was still under warranty. I called a second company who didn't come out but said they would check to see if it was under warranty still. He said that it wasn't but he had a used compressor he can put in for $600.
Finally I called 5 star and Edwin checked to see if the unit was still under warranty. And it was! I made an appointment, which Edwin arrived promptly. He checked the compressor and the compressor was good. There was a part that went bad. Needless to say he fixed the problem immediately and I had cold ac once again. That goes to show you that there are a lot of companies out there trying to get more money in an unethical manner. Edwin and 5 star were very professional and ethical. I will continue to use 5 star for all my air conditioning needs. Thanks for getting my ac fixed.

An incredible first experience with 5 Star Air! From the moment I called in for service, I was impressed - we received emails/texts with consistent updates and even a picture/bio of the technician that was dispatched ahead of time. The technician, Edwin, was prompt, knowledgeable, and able to efficiently diagnose and resolve our problem. He shared pictures and clearly explained his findings which gave us great confidence in the work performed. The details matter and 5 Star Air clearly has the customer experience figured out. I've switched our maintenance to them on the go-forward.

EDWIN with 5 STAR AIR had been at my home previously to repair the AC lines that were damaged from a roofing installation. This is the second time he has come to my home to repair my AC. An issue was caused by a Maintenance Company's incompetence for a routine cleaning. Edwin discovered the problem, took care of it, and my 14-year-old AC UNIT is working like a NEW ONE! Many thanks for his professionalism and knowledge of his TRADE. There was a reason I kept his business card!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 Star Air! Called to get a repair on my AC unit. Eddie came out within an hour of me calling. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his industry. Appreciated that he was able to fix my current unit and didn’t push me into purchasing a new one. Seems like most company’s send out sales reps rather than techs anymore. Nick did a great job explaining the maintenance procedures performed! He also gave advice to this new home owner about preventative steps I can take! Highly recommend using 5 Star! They will be my first and only call for AC repairs.
