Pool heater was not working.
1. Made an appointment and tech Jeff showed up when promised!

2. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem (bad capacitor)! He had the part on hand and replaced it.

3. Very fair pricing to boot.

If you live in the lower Keys you know that item 1 alone is practically a miracle. Not to mention competence, courtesy and fair pricing. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. Keep it up!

Called and was able to come prior to scheduled time. Found problem and repaired the unit. Very professional and willing to check into whether unit was under warranty.

Prior to his arrival, I received a text that let me know who he was, as well as a little background on him. He also used a paper mat outside my front door and booties so he didn’t track any dirt in. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely be using 5 Star Air for all my heating and air needs in the future!
