I called Chris with an emergency at one of my Air BNB’s while guest were occupying it. He immediately responded and sent a technician out swiftly. The technician was on time, very knowledgeable, and honest. Working with 5 star was an extraordinarily smooth experience! I highly recommend.

First time using this company, same day appointment and was on time. Recommend a few things that would help my AC run cooler. Waiting for my quote to have my unit cleaned.

I would have given Nicholas and 5 Star Air a 10 Star if I could. they are responsive they are on time, and Nicolas made sure I was aware of everything he was doing. this was not an easy job. I have a mobile home and he had to rip out all my old deteriorated ductwork and replace it with all new. There is not much room to move around down there, and I really feel like he is the best in the business!

Called for service as my AC went out. They came out the same day and advised I needed a new unit on a Friday and by Wednesday morning they were out installing the new unit. Very responsive company. They did a job well done.

They answered all my queries to the point without any sales pitch. The other company I had called earlier said they could not find my warranty information and were charging $3500 for the part . But 5 star Air found that my unit was still under warranty and the part - evaporator coil, was free. I will definitely use them for my future needs.

I’m really impressed. After days of trying to get somebody to come and check out my A/C unit, I called 5 Star & they were here within an hour.
