This is the second time I needed AC service and five star is my one and only choice.
This company is outstanding. They are kind and courteous. They understand the value of keeping the customer happy, satisfied and 😎 cool!
Even when I called before they opened Tabitha picked up the phone and was happy to help.
The owner, Chris, personally worked on my problem and gave me a great deal. Joel and Jesse were my technicians who I cannot say enough on their knowledge and kindness. The install experience was great. Jesse and Joel did excellent job. They explained everything and cleaned up perfectly.
This company made me feel like family.
Please if you need AC service do yourself a favor and call Five Star. You won’t be disappointed!

We highly recommend 5 Star Air to take care of your AC system. Just 4 days ago I had another AC company come to my house to do routine maintenance. They have been servicing our unit every 6 months for the last year. This time the technician showed up with a seller which I thought was odd. A few minutes after looking at the unit the seller told me that I had a coil leak, and the unit was low on refrigerant. Bottom line was I would have to replace the coil, but the good news were the parts were covered under warranty. Labor would cost me between $1300 to $1700. We called 5 Star Air for a second opinion. We found out that there is nothing wrong with our unit except for the drains that were badly clogged. This was a surprise for me since we have been servicing the unit regularly with our previous company, and the last service was only 4 days ago. They were indeed clogged and I saw all the gunk that came out of it! Thank you Matt Armstrong for the excellent service provided. I appreciate the honesty and the quality of your work. I will continue to use 5 Star Air service, specially because I feel I can trust their work ethics and expertise.

5 Star Air has been a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive and willing to work on a variety HVAC systems. Friendly and very helpful! I work in property management and I have never worked with a trades team that has done such a good job with communicating expectations. Kudos!

5 Star Air deserves it's name & more! We can't say enough about the awesome service 5-Star and tech manager Matthew Armstrong provided. Here's our story: Our home a/c was shot & needed to be replaced. A property manager recommended another a/c company which said they couldn't get a unit and get it installed for 2 weeks. In the meantime that company charged our existing unit with coolant twice but those charges only gave use relief from the heat for 2 days then 1 day. Frustrated, we did a little research on our own and called 5 Star on a Friday at noon. Matt was at our house within an hour, had the right unit in stock available and agreed to personally install it for us the next morning - on a Saturday! The Saturday morning install went perfect and by 1:00 pm we were in sitting in cool comfort thanks to 5 Star and Matt Armstrong! From the person who answered our call at noon on a Friday, through the text message alerts to let us know they were on the way, to the exceptional job by Matt and his team ... 5 Star earned every one of their 5 stars! If you have HVAC needs in the Cape Coral & Ft Myers area, give 5 Star a call - in our experience they are professional, honest, responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

We called them today regarding an issue with our AC unit. They came out within hours to address our concerns. Matthew Armstrong was out Technician today and it was such a pleasure to work with a professional like him. If I can I'll request him for all our service needs. We were so impressed we signed up with them for an annual maintenance plan. Thank you for providing quality service in a field that has been known as of late to take advantage of people, what a breath of fresh air. I can't thank you enough.

Over the weekend 5-Star Air responded immediately when our AC unit failed during the summer's heatwave with escalating humidity & temperatures > 95*F. They had the best system obtained quickly for our family’s needs and they installed it ahead of time, compared to other competitor offers for less money. As a military veteran & first responder, I was comforted by the no sales hype and no confusion quote by 5-Star Air, which was sealed with the owner's personal commitment, and who even stopped by to check up. There are no more calls to make, simply call our 5-Star Air professional neighbors for a trouble-free AC system experience.

Wow! Amazing! I called Tabatha at Five Star Air after having Best Home Services (DO NOT USE THEM) come out 15 times to fix a problem from the new Carrier unit they installed. Yes, 15 times and NO solution except to pay more money to them. When I called Tabatha, I wanted to cry. FINALLY, someone who listened, understood, and helped me to solve the problem--the same day! After listening to all of the details, she was so kind and scheduled her lead tech Matt (amazing, knowledgeable, professional), to come out and look at things.

Not only did Matt come out the same day, but he listened to the recorded conversation I had with Tabatha in case she missed anything. WOW! That is top-notch service! FINALLY, I have a solution to the problem with my AC not working! I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Air and want to publicly acknowledge both Tabatha and Matthew for all they did!

5 STAR AIR IS *OUTSTANDING* and if you're in the market, you **NEED TO READ THIS**. As of July 2022, I became a NEW resident of Florida from out of state . . . and had an immediate need to find a reliable company to BUY a new air conditioning unit and internet-controlled thermostat. Well, I found one.... and I can't speak highly enough about EACH of the people I engaged with over my journey: Chris, Matt, Katherine, Nick, Joel and Raymond. They EXCEEDED my expectations across all fronts. They had to replace an older unit with a higher capacity unit in the SAME small closet space I had; but they FOUND a way. Scheduling and on-going communications with Katherine was absolutely encouraging, PROFESSIONAL and with incredible follow-up EVERY TIME. Installation was on time, on budget, reliable, professional and simply **THOROUGH** from A to ZZZ; from estimates, to communicating with me, to execution to billing to professional people at every level. They gave me confidence every time I had to engage them; they KNEW WHAT TO DO! BUT THEN, Hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers...and my unit was under water. **WITH ONE** phone call to 5 STAR AIR, they made the appointment and Nick responded / replaced the necessary parts to get it operational WHEN I NEEDED IT THE MOST to keep the mold away, etc. There's a saying in business . . . . "customer's for life". Well, I want everyone to know that 5 Star Air is everything they say they are. If you are in the need for *ANY* of the home or business solutions they sell, you need to SERIOUSLY consider calling 5 STAR AIR.
