Saviors! From the phone call to Katherine (i believe) in the office to set up a service, a discussion with Eddy K. And a visit from Matt A. This company is a rare breed that clearly puts honesty and integrity first. A few days ago a different AC company showed up for a maintenance visit, strangely the tech was accompanied by a salesman. The salesman said our 4 year old unit had a leaking coil and they can replace it for $1500 or so with a $300 leak check and as a bonus they could pop in a $50 UV light for $600. I could smell their dishonesty and called 5 star for a second opinion. Very professional experience from the phone call to the service and follow up. Matt confirmed my suspicions, the unit is in great shape other than the clogged drain. We will both be using 5 star for our HVAC needs from here on out. 5 star is clearly taking a stand and hiring honest professional, skilled employees that separates them from the business practices that gave me my suspicions of the other company in the first place! Thank you!

I would highly recommend 5 star air to anyone. I had an issue with my a/c not working and called 5star air at 2pm and by 3pm on the same day, a service tech Eddie showed up and within 45 mins, he diagnosed the problem and had it fixed and running. Great guys.. Arrived early finished quick. Friendly and hassle-free. Cleaned up and done. Installed a system on roof in only a few hours. Hoping all service in this state is going to be this easy. Thanks to their wonderful techs. Could not have asked for better service. You guys rock!!

My AC went out this past summer and I tried calling multiple companies to repair it, only to receive responses that it would be 2-3 days before anybody could come out to do the work. Having a properly working air conditioning unit is essential, but especially so with small children at home during the summer in Florida. I called 5 Star Air and they came out the very next morning to fix the issue. I appreciate the professionalism of both the customer service representative as well as the technician that performed the work. I would highly recommend 5 Star Air to everyone!

Just got home from New York to find our ac unit is leaking water everywhere. Called 5 Star Air and they had someone out here in 30 mins and repaired our ac unit in no time. Edwin was very professional and knowledgeable and helped explain to us what was going on and set us up with a yearly maintenance program which was also a very affordable price. 5 Star Air will have my business for a long time and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs their AC fixed. Had a tenant call me that their unit wasn’t running, called 5 Star Air and they had a tech out within an hr1/2 . Unite fixed up and running and I received this text message from my tenant: If you talk to his boss again you can let him know that he was extremely professional efficient polite and quite good at what he did very pleased with his service very nice young man.
So I will definitely be using 5Star for all my a/c needs from now on.

Five Star's representative Eddie was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was doing and potential cost prior to doing the work. He successfully fixed the problem in one visit and left everything clean inside. Five Star get's five stars from us.

Our ac compressor broke and we initially hired another company for the job. Day after day for a week they kept telling us they couldn’t locate a compressor so we had to keep waiting. We saw a commercial for 5 Star Air so gave them a call. They located a compressor within 20 minutes, went to pick it up and had it installed within a matter of hours! Joel was our technician who helped us and he’s great! Very understanding, very courteous and got the job done quickly. After a week of no ac we couldn’t be more thankful for this company coming in and helping us. Oh and they actually brought lollipops for our kids just like the commercial shows lol. Don’t bother calling other companies! These guys are honest and worth every penny.

Very professional, proficient and knowledgeable crew. Chris, the owner, went out of his way to align the installation with my military PTO. He made it a point to gather the resources and install them within a couple days. I have been a reoccurring customer and will continue to use 5 Star Air for my HVAC needs.
