I had my next scheduled service, the tech (Nicholas) was polite, friendly, and efficient. He took time to explain tips to ensure my a/c unit would continue to support my home. Excellent service and experience from 5 Star AC!!!

Stephen came out and first thing introduced himself. Which is a big bonus for me instead of just showing up and asking where the problem was. So for me very personable from the start. The services he took care of was done in a great timely manner. The price was excellent! I will recommend 5 Star air to anyone that needs it! Definitely calling again when I need service!

Nick came out the morning of July 4th to repair a puncture in a client of ours’ AC refrigerant line. He was prompt, efficient, communicative, and did a fantastic job of getting our client’s AC back up and running. Great job, Nick. We will request you on all of our call outs.

Steven Begbie did a great job servicing our HVAC today! He was punctual, professional and personable while he cleaned and repaired our unit. It is my understanding that 5 Star Air is new to the Key West area, and I highly recommend them for HVAC maintenance and repair.

We bought our house in 2020. Initially we used the company that had installed the AC unit before we purchased the home. They were horrible. I was referred to 5 Star by a friend and they have been nothing less than fantastic. They answer their phones 24 hours a day, they are on time, friendly and go above and beyond. They have always looked out for our best interest instead of trying to charge us as much as possible. That goes a long way in my book. I don’t plan on ever switching HVAC companies unless we move from town. All around great work guys.

They are NOT 5 stars! The service was subpar at most to their competitors. I frequently get my AC fixed because I keep running into problems with the piece of junk. They came by slacked off, skipped a few steps in repairing my AC, and gave me attitude. I would know best. My AC breaks at least 5 times a month. I’m constantly having people come fix it.

Our AC stopped working Saturday morning. Chris, the owner, had someone there by 2pm. Within an hour they had diagnosed and solved the problem. We needed a motor replaced and they had them on hand. I would highly recommend 5 Star Air for service and repair! They've gained a customer for life!

It was a great experience for the time I met nick till the end. Nick came to my house to give me an estimate showed up on time and was very informative. Told me things I needed to do to install. My new AC and Nick came the next day and installed the AC too the very next day He did a wonderful job by himself. I couldn’t believe he did. I feel fortunate to have found 5 Star Air. I saw on their truck "bringing honesty to the HVAC industry" and that sold me. They lived up to their motto. Trustworthy and skillful. They didn't try to overcharge me for anything.
