5 Star Air

Left a space A/C unit for a bedroom. Ordered a $1,500 coil replacement without testing. Got a 2nd opinion and determined coil had no leaks. Issue may have been resolved by filter change.

All the service men that have come have been very professional and the company guarantees their work. They will come until the same problem gets fix. They are prompt and like to please their customers. They are honest and don’t push anything other than what they came to service. I will highly recommend them. I am happy with their service. Very professional. Called to schedule, received confirmation text and email, tech came diagnosed, emailed/text a quote, I accepted the quote, scheduled me immediately once the part was in, called ahead to let me know they were on the way, tech came installed the part, final invoice emailed/ text, paid the balance and invoice emailed to me.. So when I say professional I mean it.. The tech is courteous, truthful and experienced.
