Island Air Conditioning

Island Air Conditioning's representative Aaron professional very knowledgeable of the old POS AC unit I have. Aaron is very honest, efficient and he cleaned up after work was done inside and outside. Will recommend and use Island Air Conditioning for the next phase replacement of POS unit. Integrity and work ethnic 👍👍👍👍👍 thumbs up to Aaron.
Unfortunately it has been an issue from some companies I've experienced in the past.

Our a/c went out last night(on a Friday) so we called first thing Saturday morning and Manny sent Jimmy Tozzi right over. I know his name now because he came last time and he's hard to forget, in the best way possible. The mood is never too cheery around here when there's no cold air but Jimmy has a way of taking care of that. Of course he fixed whatever was broken, in addition to taking a trip to go search for another piece that was missing. And finally, he's HONEST and the price is always fair. Don't let a/c companies take advantage of you and do yourself a favor and call the team at Island Air, you won't regret it and you'll have cold air in no time. Thank you guys!!!

I would give them ZERO stars if possible. HORRIBLE customer service. I am shocked these people are still in business. Lady calling on the phone to set up appts. has ZERO people skills. I was told someone would show up between 3-5pm, at which time I was home.. waiting. Nobody showed up or knocked on the door.
I saw a couple of missed calls on my phone while I was taking the trash out. When I called back they said I need to reschedule because they don't send someone out if the call is not answered. I told her they should have said that to me when I scheduled the appt. She went completely MUTE!!!!!
She said "I don't know what to say. Our clients assume they get a phone call." I said "I don't assume anything. That is why this should have been communicated ahead of time." and she just sat there in silence to the point where I thought the line had dropped. By the way, this is NOT the first time I deal with their horrible service, but it sure is the last.

Jimmy Tozzi from Island Air did a great job, and was very professional. Company responded within a couple of hours to my call. Well done?

Paid for a service contract using their filters and service schedule. Then our AC unit went down from an impacted coil and they don’t want to take any responsibility. The tech guy actually said it was caused by a “lack of maintenance.” Their only other explanation was given by a guy who didn’t look at it. He said there must be a hole in the air duct that is bypassing the filter. I’m having another company look at it to verify. Even if there is a hole, a maintenance company should have been able to figure that out before the unit was ruined.

Island came out on a friday and charged $90 and left us with no a.c. the whole weekend. I called another company and within an hour we had cold a.c.. It's been two weeks and air is still cold. Always get second and third opinions out there. It's a doggy dog world.

Best A/C company ever! Their prices are fair, but what really makes them stand out is their customer service! I've worked for a few A/C companies and I've never seen a company that would bend over backwards to accommodate their customers! I highly recommend using this company!

I called the on-call and spoke with a gentleman named Manny. He was very helpful and kind to me during the whole conversation. He offered to come out to my house, but was able to help me over the phone. Thank you Manny for your professionalism and kindness.

They installed both of our AC’s. One of them is new and we keep having to call them out because it stops working. I don’t know what is going on and I’m tired of not having a working AC and having to call them out to repair it. Doesn’t seem like this is normal at all. Never had more AC problems in my life!
