Island Air Conditioning

We went through multiple companies before using Island Air. Our AC shut down every other month for years because our drain line was always clogged. We’ve had Island air for 18 months now without one issue. They are honest, professional, go the extra mile, and reasonably priced. I’m so grateful we found such a good company.

I had multiple estimates for a new replacement a/c, and Island Air came in right in the sweet spot. Steve was very professional, we discussed three different options with pros and cons for our home.
The new system was installed today and works like a dream. The workforce were efficient, tidied up afterwards, and explained everything. I chose a 2.5 ton Carrier with the iWave R. Very pleased and happy with the install. Highly recommended.

Steve was on time, very professional and made recommendations that effectively helped me balance air flow and cooling in my home. Prices were very reasonable.

Island AC provided excellent service all around and I highly recommend them. I recently called them up to have maintenance done on my elderly Grandmother's a/c condenser unit, they were able to get someone out the same day and they called me up and explained everything very thoroughly once they were at the unit. They very easily could've tried to oversell me on services since I live 2 hours away from my grandma, but they performed only what was needed and made my life so much easier. I will keep using these guys for whatever a/c needs may come up going forward and I highly recommend them!

I have been a customer for several years now and am very happy with service. Today I had my bi-annual service check up by Jimmy. He was extremely thorough and spent a lot of time cleaning out my drain pipe. He also gave me tips on how to have my unit run at maximum efficiency.

- I called to order a new A/C unit.

- I was NOT given to a salesman, but the owner, who came out to scope my environment and advised me on the options of keeping my system, versus going with a new one.

I requested a bid and it was emailed the next day.

- The proposal was very competitive in price, in fact, it was customized for unique weather in South Florida.

- During the process of waiting for the installation, I had other questions and emailed the owner who responded quickly and thoroughly.

- I am lucky to have come across a wonderful A/C vendor, whose employees have longevity and care as much as the owner, not only for my new equipment, but the maintenance that they provide annually.

I own an Electrical Contracting Business in Delray Beach and needed an A/C Contractor to replace my completed system at my residence. These guys are great, from the owners to their crews. Received an excellent quote for a Carrier System, the crew showed up on-time, they were polite, super clean, excellent work habits, talked to each other with respect and did a Quality install! I know because I expect the same from my men.

I just had my new air conditioning installed by Island Air and I am very pleased with the installers who were here. They worked very quietly and professionally. The made a overwhelming project as easy as rolling out of bed. They were clean, respectful and followed all the rules for convid which really put me at ease. My condo is cool as a cucumber and with in minutes after they left. My personal thanks to Glenn and Lazlo who made my job go as smooth as silk. I would higher them again. I also was very pleased with the sales person who came out at first. He was a gentleman and not pushy.

I have been using Island Air for over 10 years. Jimmy came over(on time) to do maintenance on my air conditioners. He was phenomenal! Very professional and informative. He is a credit to Island Air Conditioning. I will definitely ask for Jimmy for my next service.
