Island Air Conditioning

From the office staff to the technicians, everyone I've dealt with at Island Air is friendly and competent. I find that most companies today have abysmal customer service, so it is refreshing to deal with Island Air when I have A/C concerns. Prices are fair and I find them to be honest. Thank you for being an awesome company = )

Not pleased with the service technician or the service manager. Poorly attempted to diagnose the problem, then when they returned to complete the repair was told that it was not the original problem stated and the repair would be double the quoted price. Be careful, Island Air will try to take your money and run.

Called Island AC on a Monday due to our AC not working. It wasn't till the following Monday that our AC unit was finally up and running. Technician came daily during this time period to trouble-shoot, order parts and install new parts, etc with no results. After about 4 days without air conditioning and listening to countless explanations of why the repair wasn't completed, we were finally provided with two spot coolers for our bedrooms so that we could at least sleep comfortably at night. During this time period, we were also sent a bill for a part that was apparently installed but did not fix our AC dilemma. Seven days into not having a functioning unit, Island AC finally sent a service manager to our home to trouble-shoot and repair. We were quoted that the final repair would be $800 plus. When we finally received the receipt we were charged almost $1100.

Outstanding customer service and response time. Followed up with a air conditioner maintenance appointment. The service rep, Jacob did an excellent job and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm very glad I chose Island Air Conditioning.

ROCK STARS, Best service personnel ever! My AC 'crashed' (AC heaven) just before the Hurricane Dorian and these "miracle workers" were able to get me up and running with partial install of new system pre-hurricane & completion just after.

As a customer for over 12 years, I've always had prompt courteous service from whomever answers the phone to every technician along the way (every 6 month tune-up!) ... Amazing staff & technicians ... every one of them. :-)

You’ve found your new AC Company! They are Consistently Professional and Always have the answers to even the most challenging of issues. They usually send you the same technician if requested, and always send a licensed technician- they are available when you need them. Can’t say how many AC companies have let us down over the years and now have “peace of mind” along with a well-balanced cool home since finding Island Air. I’ve shared my referral on Nextdoor with my new neighbors in Boca and they too have experienced the same thorough service. My search for a reputable, experienced, RELIABLE, and reasonably priced company has been over now for the past 3 years!

3 years ago I was introduced to Island Air after experiencing a bad HVAC installation of a closet Unit with the wrong condenser in a Boynton Beach Condo- the initial company kindly took their mess out and Island Air came in with the correct matching HVAC system, gave me a great price, balanced the entire 3 bed/2 bath condo in no time at all! I’ve been a client for years now and happy with the service. The staff at the office and the technicians are efficient and knowledgeable. One of our ACs needed to be serviced yesterday and Jimmy T. came promptly and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Island Air.

Buyer beware of the big AC companies like Aztil or Lindell, all they do is try to upsell you on things that are not needed. This company is honest, on time, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

I had maintenance done on my a/cs today. The tech Jimmy T. Was so informative. He took the time to explain things and did a very thorough maintenance (he was here for 21/2 hours. He consulted with me before he repaired a broken item and advised me of the cost upfront. He was the nicest and warmest of people. Very courteous and professional. I hope I get him back the next time I have maintenance.
