I have been a happy customer of island air for over 18 years. Over that time I have had failed units. New units. Late night calls and through it all I have always felt my problems were a priority for Island Air. I fully recommend them to anyone that asks.

Customer service representatives are very friendly and professional. We’ve had multiple technicians serving the AC, but Denice is by far the best. He’s work is always great, professional and he takes the time to explain the issue and always go above and beyond. He truly cares to do excellent job. I will alway request him.

I just love this AC company. Everyone is super nice, good attention to detail. They come out quick. I had them install a new unit last year. They did the job as promised while AirRef (who I had used faithfully for 15 years!) kept spinning my wheels. I'm so glad I found Island. Jeremy has come to my house twice and is super smart and easy to work with. Carolyn in the office is very nice and competent. Everyone there is top notch. They even have great hold music.

Called for an appointment they called later that day set up an appointment and they were on time and received a quote two hours later

I've been using Island Air since we moved here from the Boston area in 2015. They came highly recommended by our home inspector. They have always been very thorough and exemplary in their maintenance of our unit. Tuesday I had the pleasure of having Jacob perform a maintenance check up which we do twice a year. He was clean cut in appearance, professional in his demeanor, very knowledgeable in his craft and completed the task as required. An asset to the company. I've suggested their services to my neighbors because they have the best techs in the market.

The team went above and beyond to keep my family comfortable while we awaited our whole AC replacement. I will use Island air for all AC needs in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a company that is customer service oriented. Every member of the team from the office to the technician was knowledgable and professional.

I called Island Air Conditioning because my a/c kept over-flowing into the drip pan. They were so friendly & helpful on the phone; trying to accommodate me quickly.

Steve "O" was sent to my rescue! He was extremely polite, friendly & respectful. He spent time cleaning a whole lot of blockage from the line & maintenance. I've never had a more thorough job done on my a/c! Steve was efficient, extremely knowledgeable & left everything very neat & clean!

Melissa hunted down the warranty parts and Roberto changed out the defective evaporator motor in minutes. What a talented team Island Air has, very customer focused and boy do they deliver! Less than 72 hours from HVAC failure to back to normal. We recommend them to everyone we know for these reasons!
