The company is great. Josh came out to check and service our air conditioning for my warranty company. The warranty company "Choice Home Warranty " who denied the claim because the coil had rust on it. Don't use the warranty company. Josh was very understanding. He offered us options and the possibly of financing the new system. The installers came the next day. On time, polite, hard working and cleaned up everything when done. The new system that josh recommended is excellent. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company to do your air conditioning/heating needs. However do not sign up with "choice home warranty". This is the second time they denied a claim. First was for a hot water heater. They denied because it was a "low boy" heater. Rip off company.

After dealing with a sub-par HVAC maintenance company, I switched to St Clair's as I had heard they were THE company to trust- and I heard correctly! Thank your for the quality service, more than fair pricing, and peace of mind knowing my AC & Heating system will be worry free for me.

I used this business through my home warranty company , I paid a $75 service call & after determining my issue the technician told me they could fix it for $250.00 , he then told me that if I do not fix it for the $250. Then they would report me to my warranty company which will cause me issues OR if I pay the $250. They could “alter my paperwork” so not to reflect the issue !! BLACKMAIL, bold & illegal , do not use this company & let it happen to you . This review is exactly what happened , not exaggerated , true & honest review . Please do your research

AWESOME! The company fit us into their busy schedule when another company could not see us for another 24 hours. Andrew arrived shortly after 1pm, as promised. He quickly diagnoised the issue and came up with a plan. The insurance denied the requirement to bring the support up to code and some major work was required to replace the motor. It was now 4pm and the company was closing for the weekend.
The regular staff were already booked with jobs and I asked Andrew to do what he could to get us up an running on Saturday. Because sitting in the other room was my child with special needs, Cerebral Palsy, Diabetic and recovering from orthopedic surgery. Andrew did more than listen to my request, he called staff that he knew would work hard, scheduled them for Saturday morning at 7am. Now he is off of work and still setting everything up! He called and ordered a new A/C motor and picked it up himself, he obtained all the parts at the hardware store and took them back to the office. Now the guys had everything they need to complete the job and come straight to my house.
Both Mikey and his co-worker (I forgot his name) were clean, courteous, timely, and polite to my family.
Jennifer who booked our appointment and squeezed us in on Friday was as well polite and courteous on all topics.

In the days when everyone complains, I want everyone to know that this company shines. Andrew shines. Mikey shines.

Greg St. Clair rendered, by far, the most exceptional, customer service-oriented experience from a service contractor that I have ever witnessed. He was genuinely concerned about my AC issue and went above and beyond expectations by dealing quickly with the warranty company and my HOA so that work approvals and permits were procured rapidly and so that I had AC when I returned to my condo following Hurricane Irma. Mission accomplished!

He gave me (a non-"techie" guy), a concise, easy-to-understand description of the problem, provided options from which to choose, and provided his expert recommendations, which proved successful, most efficient, and at reduced cost.

He was genuinely concerned about me as a customer and made it a point to introduce himself to me in person (which he didn't have to do.) He really went out of his way, including when he helped ease a lot of grief and aggravation that I experienced during and after my HOA's total lack of response by providing empathy, alternative options, and extra phone calls to go to Plan B that was doable and practical. All of this was done in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma, which just amazes me, since his time was in demand from everywhere.

I have to add that the AC job involved running refrigerant lines from outside my condo building through the attic crawl space of two units positioned between my unit and the building exterior. Due to my HOA's ineptitude, and his team's quick minded response, they "shoved" Nickie to fit through a 14-square inch hole they had prepared for the lines to go through. Wow! Brian was also dedicated with amazing energy and dedication to not only finish the job, but to make sure that it was done right. He and everyone else wanted to make sure, through more than one visit, that they each knew precisely the source of the refrigerant leakage problem and the extent of any damage, from the compressor to the air handler so that they were certain their remedies correctly and completely fixed it.

Having now de-compressed (no pun intended) from that experience last month without AC following Hurricane Irma, I wanted to take the time to write this review and to tell the world how happy I was with the St. Clair's Custom Air team, and how especially thankful I am to Greg, Nickie, Brian, Julie, and Rhonda, for working together and so diligently to remedy a problem made so very much worse by my HOA and on-site manager. St. Clair's didn't have to put up with the problems the HOA caused and could have abandoned the job. They didn't need these unnecessary and preventable road blocks, especially since the hurricane had lined up a huge queue of work for them. Thank you very much, one and all!

Furthermore, Greg was patient, understanding, flexible, honest, personable, and kind with me throughout the whole process. Julie kept me informed, followed up with prompting, and was very pleasant to work with. This was so much appreciated. It's refreshing and more than comforting to know there's still really good people out there who will bend over backwards for you doing a job. So rare these days. This customer is truly appreciative.

Arrogant owner. Interrupts while your speaking to him. Doesnt care if bad work is done
Very dismissive. If you notice the response back from the owner. No apologies and the reason for the visit was not a clogged drain. Home warranties doesn't cover that. Parts were replaced. And the owner should never have ever discuss what the customer's personal business is with them in public. Very unprofessional and childish.
