We had a contract with them starting last year since they were good to my parents at their HOA: not the case with us. One tech for the bi-yearly maintenance was super weird about shaming/criticizing us about our unit even though we -- just -- bought the house, as if it was personally our fault that the equipment that came with the home was in poor condition. Then they said we needed to replace our coil, said they would give us an official quote in writing... and never responded. It's like you have to beg them to take your money? We got a new coil for WAY cheaper than what he suggested we might need to pay, so it didn't matter that we never heard back.
Also, when the last cleaning happened, one of the pipes was not put back together correctly. Consequently, the water drained into our office while we were away on vacation. That was SUPER not fun to come back to. :)
Last night we lost our air conditioning and tried to call emergency services. Got one call back that I missed, but after calling back within 30 seconds, we never heard back for the rest of the night. It's been more than 24 hours and we still haven't heard anything as a follow up, even though I left a message with the main number as well.
Dropped customer. Never again. Save yourself the trouble and go with literally anyone else. Non-responsive, non-professional, and a waste of money. I'd give zero stars if I could, honestly.

Kelly air system is the ac company that Adams homes used for my brand new home. My AC stop working after 3 months. They sent the technician and he said that the unit just needs maintenance and that’s not included in the warranty. So they charged me $150 just for told me that. Really!! $150 just for a visit. And wants to charge $250 for just vacuum the water! was I suppose to do maintenance in a unit that I have used just for 3 months and is suppose to be new? I will never call you again. You got $150 but you lost a customer. Never again.

We can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. We’ve been using them for annual maintenance since 2015 when they installed our HVAC in our new home. After IAN beat up our system they were quick to respond the very next day after the Pine Island bridge was repaired. Responsive, professional and friendly. Just had them install our new system and we are looking forward to another 10 years with them.

Our Lenox AC was installed by Kelly Air during construction of our home. We recently had a regular service call for clearing out the drain line and they came out right away, handled it and the tech was nice and professional.
Then this week, just after hurricane Ian, we had an AC outage. I called our builder as we are still under their warranty although our system is 4 years old almost because it was a model home for a couple years. We got Kelly Air back out to take a look and see what was going on. When the tech MICHAEL came he had already been working since 5am and it was now almost 9pm. His attitude was so pleasant and nice like he just started his day, not like he had been working for 14 hours straight. All I can say is that he was AWESOME. He got our system working temporarily so we could have cool air to sleep. Then the next morning the senior manager called me and told me they would come out and handle all the needed repairs the next day. I asked if he had reached my builder so they could cover the costs and he said there is no need because Kelly Air would be covering it as warranty work, no questions asked. They knew it shouldn't be in that condition so quickly I'm sure and rather than see if someone would just pay they did the right thing as a business and took responsibility and proactively did what needed to be done. THAT is so rare these days that I just had to make sure and let people know what an upstanding business they really are to customers.
Michael came back the next day as schedule and arrived early even. He took care of every item meticulously, explained all that he did, showed me pictures of all the work inside the unit and made sure I had all my questions answered. The guy is just a great person first and an awesome tech as well. If I had anything that I could hire him for in my business I would do my darn best to steal him away from them! LOL
We all know that AC companies don't always have the best reputations, but my experience with Kelly Air was amazing and they were so professional, kind, responsive and stood behind their own work. I've now added them for my annual service contract and requested Michael for all our service needs. You should too!

Lied to my face on 3 occasions they came to correct problems from their initial installation, Installed my mini-split system without correct line size and insulation. Solder two different line sizes together when manufacturer required flared and screwed connections. Removed circuit breakers from air handler and left uncovered. Never installed filter and UV C light in air handler.

Unfortunately the builder used this company. I’ve had nothing but one issues after another with my AC. They say 24/7 and one hour call back. Good luck. I’ve made 5 calls with no call back. I’ve spoken with neighbors who were happy to let Kelly go. I will now use a recommendation from a number of neighbors who use the same company. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Nothing but headaches.

AC stopped working after power came on a few days after Hurrina Ian. They returned my call immediately. In addition rather than coming over and charging me $250 to fix the issue which I would have gladly paid, they explained to me on the phone how to resolve the issue by reprogramming the thermostat. It worked perfectly. God bless them.

My thermostat stopped working and since they did my installation on my Lennar home a year ago I called them out, they came the same day during the time period they stated. Robert was an excellent technician, he was professional, friendly, and helpful. He even helped me put back up my fire detector that I couldn't do because I've had surgery! Besides fixing the thermostat and maintenance, he gave me helpful tips to kept my a/c in good working order. My only issue is the original install made it difficult to get my filter changed but Robert fixed that too. I am completely happy with the service I was provided.

I just called because my builder used them ! And I should be covered in the warranty since I just got my house two months ago ! On Friday my ac stopped working! And they are not opened through the weekend! .. my thermostat isn’t working! I changed the batteries and when I went to change the filter I noticed they never installed one! … and when I called they wanted to charge me for the service call and she was being so mean ! It’s been two months since we’ve had the house .. it shouldn’t be needing a serviced call soo soon ! … really rude people to talk too !

Failed to inform Re changes in maintenance contract upon renewal resulting in an additional service charge of $149. Office manager should not be involved in customer service. Dropped customer.
