Autumn Air Conditioning

Responded the first day on my service request. Paid their fee before the repairmen left. A few days later, I found that the compressor fan never shuts off. Left a voice mail on their service when I discovered the issue. No response. Left another message 2 days later, no response. Left another message later in the day, no response. Found message on my phone left at 6:30 PM. Technician came and fixed the issue. Did not receive a second bill.

Owner is just plain awful and has no respect for women. It doesn’t matter if we are tenants or not. If their was a diagnosis made, especially one that includes MOLD!!!! I have a right to know! Obviously you are not up to date with the LAWS! Tenants have rights, women have rights! Perhaps it’s time you retire as you are clearly outdated on so many aspects of life and law! Far from a pleasure with this company, and might I add we are on 4 days with No AC in 96 degree weather. The truth isn’t rude, if you don’t like it then I suggest correcting your conduct and a refresher course on current laws and statutes.

Alex did a great job cleaning my AC. He was very pleasant and courteous as well.

Thank you for helping us with our AC unit I hate the heat. We been here since 2016 and your the company that we used first. And still using you and your company. Why change a good thing.

It took them 4 trips to get a new unit installed in my new mobile home. The duck work fell off twice. That was after they tried to set it up 5 inches from my electric box

As a result of Ian, the tubing under the house had come apart. Efrain located the problem and had it repaired within 1/2 hour. Very nice people to do business with. Was fixed with 24 hours of my call.

the workers were awesome, Very hard workers . Clean and professional and finished the job in the time i was told , would highly recommend .

As usual, Will’s guys perform in an excellent manner. Tech did the scheduled maintenance and inspection in a highly professional, polite and friendly manner. The tech informed us of status after each step in the maintenance process. We are very pleased and trust Autumn Air.

Our home was hit by the recent tornado in Ft Myers. We were concerned about the condition and safety of the air conditioner. We called late in the day. They send an excellent representative by 9 am the next morning. Seems like a small incident but it took a huge burden off us. Our home was seriously damaged. They recognized our need and responded immediately.
