I needed my AC serviced and the Manager Chris assured me he send out the right guy. Nicholas came out and did a wonderful job servicing my equipment and giving me knowledge on how it all worked. I also had a three year old water heater that was having some issues and Justin had it fixed in no time at a reasonable price. Go Affordable Air and Plumbing. You guys are the go to.

The 3 gentleman that showed up were very professional, on time and listened to us. They presented many options and we are happy we hired them. They do excellent work.

I had to have a new AC system installed. Unfortunately for me, this happened during a hot stretch of weather and over the weekend. But they prioritized my job, came right away on monday morning and got to work. Carlos and Angel arrived early and eager to work. One got to work inside, the other, outside. They completed the job so efficiently, I was really impressed. Not to mention it was raining on and off all morning and sometimes pouring down hard. It didn't stop them from wanting to get the job done. I'm happy to say that me and my family have a nice comfortable, cool, house and look forward to years of efficient cooling. Thank you!

Unfortunately I need to write a bad review. To start off, on the air conditioning side of the business I have had a 5 star experience. They installed my air conditioner and were prompt anytime we had an issue, they recently installed new ducts and the two workers Angel and Raf were wonderful, they were on time, pleasant and even helped cover someone my personal items to avoid getting them dirty. They did a great job for us. Because the AC work was so great we wanted to work with the same company for our plumbing expecting the same experience. To be honest I dont want to write the review because Alex and Chris are good people but I did not have a good plumbing experience. The experience was drastically different than the AC work. The workers never showed or called on the first day, they showed up late on the second and third day. On the third day shortly after showing up I left house briefly and returned to find both workers sitting at the pool and not working. The quote that was produced was very basic and they did a poor job of assessing the plumbing work we needed. They quoted us $3,290 with a $1599 water heater, we called and asked to remove the $1599 water heater. The quote should have dropped to $1,691. But after removing the water heater install the hours of work they quoted us for Increased from 8 hours to 14 hours and the quote changed to $2596, despite having less work than the original quote. The work originally was finished with numerous code violations and did not even finish all the work that they quoted. After coming back out and working to finish the work properly I was called and told everything was complete and ready for inspection. When I went to the house the next day and turned the water on they never hooked the main water supply line to any pipes in the attic. It was left cut and unattached. It flooded my attic, ruined drywall and Installation before I was able to shut the water back off. After "finishing" the work they never checked or looked for leaks, they clearly never opened the water valve. The first thing that was on my quote was "replumbing with up to code measures in the house" it does not appear that they understand the codes. I had to continually call to report items that were not to code, using metal straps to hold plastic pipe, keeping pvc inside the house, not attaching the main line to the in house plumbing, they used tubing to supply the refrigerator that wasn't water rated line, they didn't add hammer arresters to any lines until told by Inspector. I believe this is an unsafe company and should have their plumbing license suspended, I hope no one has to experience what we had with our house, I would strongly recommend another company.

*update - The last time I reached out and Daniel and Ted (GM) came to check on their work, which they saw had multiple issues they attempted to charge installation fees of $700 and $400 for a water heater and mixing valve. How will this time be any different when I reach out?

Called Affordable after the AC line backed up. The tech (Donny) came out all the from Charlotte to Cape Coral in the evening and unblocked the line and sprayed the coil. He also installed a T joint to assist with keeping line open. Very professional and responsive

Donnie is awesome! He does our maintenance plan and goes above and beyond to take care of our unit like it’s his own. Thanks Affordable air and heat for your professionalism and great customer service, and Miss Sue in the office is great. Definitely recommend them!

I returned home after being away for a couple weeks. My air conditioning unit was not running. I called Affordable Air & Plumbing and a real person answered the phone and offered to have a technician out within the hour. Billy troubleshot the problem, fixed it and cleaned the coils. He was friendly and efficient.

Bill came to review what I needed and then gave me a quote immediately and installment is going to be done quickly. He was a perfect gentleman and explained everything so well. I was highly impressed,

I am new to the area of Cape Coral, I had an excellent technician, Travis! He provided a good explanation on the equipment I had and recommendations. I feel secured about this unit, after Ian. I had signed up for their annual maintenance program, since this unit is always running. I will request Travis again, thank you!!
