Not enough words can Thank the customer reps that assisted us with our A/C issues and replacement during some of the hottest days in SWFL. Thanks to Chris, Matt, Donnie and Jose as well as Dan Rice who authorized much of the assistance that went above and beyond my expectations. They made me feel like I was back in a small town environment where customers are cared for like family.

I would highly recommend this company from start to finish they do the right thing . The technician Christopher was polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem, checked to see if it could be covered under warranty but it was not. After I had to leave town Christopher went out of his way to contact some friends of mine that could let him in our home to complete the repairs in my absence. The job was completed and we were up and running.

We purchased a 3.5 ton rheem air conditioner 2 years ago its under warranty and they will not come service this unit. Its not working. My husband put in a review previous and now they have blocked us from service. I do not recommend this company. They need to stand up to their standards and their warranty

I have use Affordable Air & Heat for years. They always are very professional, reliable, and reasonable. Yesterday my air conditioner stop working didn't know why? Was worried it might be something expensive.. Matthew H the technician came to my home after 1 minutes saw the float switch was laying on the ground. I didn't know it was tripped when my daughter was cleaning around it.

I Used Affordable Air and Heat for my A/C install and I was very happy with them. I met with Bill, he was very nice and super responsive to all of my questions.
They gave me a fair price. They showed up on time. The install crew was fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for an A/C company.

A good AC company to call when your AC goes out. Mrs. Sue handled my call with the upmost respect. She treated me as if I was family. Thank you Mrs. Sue.
The AC Tech that handled my call was Raymond. Raymond is very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose my problem after a previous set back. He let me know exactly what issue I was having and provided a reasonable estimate. Remember guys AC repair isn't free but a decent price to repair things goes a long way. When you think Affordable AC and Heat, you think it's affordable... cheap! Sorry to bust that bubble. Nothing is free. Going back to Raymond. Ask for Raymond if he's available. He's the best AC Tech in SW Florida hands down if you ask me. Management was involved with my service call. Billy was cool to. Thank you Team Affordable Air.

Tech listened to what I thought issue was. Extremely pleasent. Checked out system and had it up and running in less then 20 minutes. Very fair price. Will highly recommend this company and will be using them again for any work needed.
