Donnie and Alex were excellent. They were quick, efficient and informative; I was told that my A/C installation would take 4-6 hours and they got it done in half of that time frame. Thanks for bringing a/c back to my place!

My air conditioner was blowing warm air. I called Affordable Appliance, and tech Chris Lloyd came the following day and did an outstanding job of making things right. He had to trace lines to find a leak, andhe had it found and repaired in a few minutes. Thanks.

These guys were really awesome. Always responsive. Consistent. They called back to double check on things and they were very helpful and professional. I would personally recommend them to anyone. Such a great team and their prices are very fair.

We had our Air Conditioner totally cleaned, the motor and the coils. Chris knew exactly what to do. He was pleasant to work with and he told us what he had to do. He left our home clean.

We have had some big issues arise when we found out the AC unit was terminal. We have had employees from affordable air out to our house the last 3 days working on our system and the other issues making sure everything was done right. Chris and Terrence were great. Explained what was going on, patient and worked their butts off to get the job done. Very courteous and highly recommended.

Your technician called ahead and arrived on time. He looked at the whole system and rightfully concluded that the compressor need to be changed. This was done skillfully and tonight we have cool air. He gave me some tips on the system's operation and overall was very helpful. Will call on you again for repairs.

Having an AC problem in Florida summer during these challenging times can be difficult. Affordable air technician (Trevor) was excellent to work with as he got my AC cooling again in short order. I would definitely recommend Affordable Air & Heat. Once parts arrived technician (Terrence) was extremely knowledgeable, informative and professional. He tweaked my system to optimal performance addressing an airflow problem I didn’t realize was fixable. So glad I chose Affordable Air.

-2 stars actually. Their "new hire tech" that they didn't bother to train came to my home. I PAID $75 for diagnosis. I was told I needed a new condenser. Tech recommended which one I get and made sure it matched with system, told me when it comes in, call and he will install it. Unit arrives 10 days later when I am informed by the companies manager that they do NOT install units they did not sell. The tech never offered to sell me one and recommended which one I buy. Then when I get it they tell me IM ON MY OWN? This is what I get for my $75 service call and system evaluation? Their tech tells me to spend $2 grand on something they wont allow him to install and now IM left out in the wind with no AC and MINUS $2075? THanks so much!!!!!
