Chris L did an outstanding job detecting what was wrong with our air handler. Solved the problem without a hitch. Professional all the way. Called before arriving to let us know about when he would be there. In my book, he went above the norm to solve our problem. This was a late Saturday afternoon service call. Dispatcher did a fine job and getting us scheduled within 2 hours of calling. Pleasure to work with this professional technician and Company.

I called and Sue answered and I explain the situation. My father who lives alone but I still take care of called me at 6 with his a/c on the fritz. Ms. Sue told me she would have technician Chris out between 1 and 230 but that he would call me and tell me. He did too! Talk about service. He was kind and considerate to my dad, explained everything to us both and we will both be using this business again. Way to go Chris for top notch customer services.

Chris Lloyd helped us out of a difficult situation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a great assist for resolving the problem at hand. In addition, he went the extra step of assisting us with issues unrelated to the service call that helped us solve the mystery of why some rooms weren't cooling as well as others (we need 2 more air returns). He was in and out in a short time. We would like for him to be our regular service and maintenance technician from now on.

So many times when dealing with home repairs I have encountered bad customer service, tardiness, rudeness, price gouging and a host of other annoyances but Christopher has restored my faith in good old customer satisfaction. This young man was super knowledgeable yet didn’t talk down to me because of it. He showed me pictures to show everything he was trying to explain and I actually felt like I was truly learning instead of just being told. I’m a new homeowner in Florida and my home needed a lot of repairs that cost a lot of money so I’ve met some unsavory people but this young made it all better in just one visit. Instead of just getting a repair to my A/C unit and solely because of him I will purchase a new unit from your company ONLY if Chris is totally involved and also does ALL of my future maintenance. Again you have a good PERSON in Chris and hopefully whoever is reading this realizes that! Thank you 😊

Matthew was incredible. He showed up on time, was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and professional. He handled everything. Set up the appt. Gave me lots of helpful information. Matthew is truly an asset to Affordable Air.

I would also like to mention the lady i spoke to after hours. She was understanding and efficient. She made all of this happen quickly as far as the appt . So thank you to her too.

I had called another "affordable air plus" and Chris your rep, came to my house first . He explained his plan was very professional but them the actual company that I called showed up as well. Even though I could not use Chris as I had made a commitment to another company. I would recommend him as his attitude was excellent. I I need service in the future I would call him back

After having 2 techs come out, Matthew came out and gave us a very fair price on a new unit. He was professional and gave us next day installation. Thank you very much!

Daniel and Lewis are two of the best service people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. They are true professionals. I just had service today 3/2/2021 from Trevor and he was a true professional. Educated me on how I could make my AC work much better while saving money. He was respectful to me and my wife. I would gladly use this company again because of his work ethic.
