Alex provided us a thorough plumbing inspection for a home we are purchasing. He was prompt, professional and explained everything he did.

They have been our AC co.pany since 2018. They have been so good, since the new management took over. They are responsive and do quality work.

Very happy with my experience with Affordable Air & Heat. I had the difficult experience of trying to help my 90 year old father from 800 miles away after his A/C stopped working. Chris, the supervisor technician responded the very next day. Knowing that my dad's A/C unit was 20 years old it was no surprise that Chris recommended replacing the system. Chris was extremely professional and even over the phone I could sense that he was being upfront about what he was recommending. I am quite knowledgeable about HVAC systems so I knew the right questions to ask. Chris never tried to one up me as so many technicians would do in order to prove they know more than the customer. We had a very brief, respectful conversation and I told him to get me a price on a system. I suggested a builders grade unit since we planned on selling the house and Chris agreed without trying to upsell. In 10 minutes he called me back with what I felt was a very fair price and told me that since he noticed my dad was on oxygen he did not want to wait for an opening for his installation crew but instead would schedule himself to do the install the next day. WOW!! That level of service blew me away! Chris came back the next day and had the install done by noon. In the current business climate it is great to be treated so well. I was able to arrange for a major repair on my dad's house in Florida without leaving North Carolina. Thanks Chris and Affordable Air & Heat!

We had a AC outage Sunday evening the day before Labor Day.
We called Affordable Air on Monday morning and to our surprise a live person answered the phone and took all of our information.
We were called back within the hour and was told a tech would be out in the next few hours.
Daniel came to the house diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. Our air was up and running by noon on Monday.
My thanks to Affordable for fast friendly service.

My technician that came to the house was Chris and I must say that he was very knowledgeable in his job and very professional. I just had a new install the day before and something minor went wrong but Chris took care of it. What I found to be Awesome about Chris is that after fixing the minor problem, he went above and beyond when he adjusted a few things on the A/C system that he could have left go and I wouldn't have been the wiser and it actually will help with the problem and adjusted things that weren't causing the problem. All in all Chris is a very responsible and respectable technician. Very happy to have met him..

I loved my experience with this company and will 100% use them again for all my heating and cooling needs. Lannis was a wonderful, informative point of contact and Donnie and Angel did a fantastic job with the install. We lived without functioning AC for 4 days and it was misery, we can't thank this team enough for helping us fix this issue so quickly and affordably. Highly recommend. 10/10.
