Our air conditioner stopped working. Travis was sent out, and he got to the root of the problem. Our a/c has been working fine for the last few days, and I hope it continues! It seems that our air handler had a refrigerant leak. He cleaned the drain, he changed the filter, and added refrigerant. Travis stayed there until the a/c was fixed.Travis was very professional, and explained what he was doing every step of the way and answered any questions we had.

We had a couple issues with our AC unit so we had affordable air come out. Ended up getting a whole new system. A year and a half later we have a problem with the heater.. Chris came out on a Friday night and got to the bottom of it. The thermostat and wire was the issue. Thank you for coming out and taking the time to find the problem Chris!

The tech arrived on time and was informative about the process of fixing my a/c unit. He checked on coolant pressure and fan speeds. He seemed very efficient.
