Affordable Air & Heat was available next day to address an issue that occurred with our unit. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly and addressed it. In doing an overall inspection, Chris pointed out another issue with the UV light. We ordered parts to address both issues and within a few days, the new parts were installed. Being new to Florida, I had many questions about the HVAC system which Chris was happy to answer. I am very happy with the attention and service provided by Affordable Air & Heat. We signed up for the maintenance agreement.

Daniel and Louis were wonderful technicians. They really know their stuff. They arrived on time and worked diligently in the heat to get our new air conditioner set up. The sales manager Caleb, helped us get the right unit for us , answering all of our phone calls and questions and worked with our warranty company. We played around with another company for too long. Affordable was the company that got it done. We love Affordable!

May I add that Chris was extremely diligent in correcting my ac issue, that initially was
a puzzling problem.

Our air conditioning quit working on Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning Trevor and Affordable Air had us back up and running. Our equipment is more than 20 years old and it’s safe to say that we need to have it replaced but instead of selling us a new system that would be difficult for us to afford at this time Trevor was able to repair the system and keep us cool until we are able to replace it. He went above and beyond to help my family during this difficult time. I appreciate it, and won’t forget it. Thank you again and I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone and everyone.

Outstanding response from this company since the new ownership of a couple of years ago. Terence was our recent tech and did an outstanding job of both fixing and explaining our repair needs. Previous tech, Daniel, was also superb. Both are highly skilled, honest and polite individuals.

Follow on May 25, 2021 - Terence returned for semiannual checks. Again, he shows insight in his work, discovered items that were starting to fail and recommended actions to preclude that. This man is gold! I have always forgotten to mention the unsung heroine in my dealings with Affordable Air - Sue, the glue who holds it all together. Whether I have questions about scheduling or billing or whatever, Sue always goes the extra mile to make sure everything works together well. A very pleasant individual to deal with. Thanks Sue!
