    I purchased a new home from Lennar, Kelly Air was the HVAC provider. I am having issues with condensation where the the vent/duct work join. The vent is condensating and is rusting out. They refuse to come out to check on it as they say I am cooling my house too much. Really 73-74 degrees is too cool? One vent and one vent only is having the issue. They don't return phone calls and I have to call them back to get a person telling me they aren't coming. I asked to speak with the owner/manager and again I am told no he is the one that said we weren't coming back. "Feel free to call another AC company." Well this is something that should be fixed under warranty, I shouldn't have to pay someone to fix the work that was done poorly at my house.

    The only complaint we have is using their website after hours to schedule an appointment, we had no heat with lows in the 30's-40s. After not hearing anything the next morning called the office and they acknowledged the site was broken. An appointment was made for the next day, they arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour window. The technician was very thorough and pleasent and was able to track down a bad capicator in the air handler and make the repair.

    This is a negligent company with poor customer service. Stay far far away from them or you will be filled with regret.

    We moved into a new build home and from day one our air was not working. 6 visits later and still nothing. We are being treated like we're a nuisance because of their poor ability.

    Ron their president contacted my husband not to apologize for all of the trouble but to tell him they wouldn't do anything. My family and I are suffering because of a company who refuses to fix their improper installations.

    I do not leave bad reviews but I am telling you this company is the apitome of a bad place to do business with.

    Creepy service techs. My wife was very uncomfortable. They installed our AC in our house that was just built by Adams Homes.
    I cannot find the right size air filter.
    We have two rooms that are noticeably warmer then the rest of our house. They sent someone to investigate, and he tried to say that it was warmer because of my son's computer, and LED lights.
    When I called the office, they were not concerned with the techs diagnosis.

    I heard one of their installers on the phone with their "supervisor" Scott. He was insanely disrespectful to the installer on the phone. He was cussing and almost threatening. After the phone call ended, I said "wow, you should talk to your boss." He told me that the owner would just fire him because he and Scott were friends for years & he "doesn't like confrontation." Other words for he's a baby. The owner doesn't seem to know how to treat his employees. Sinking ship. No idea how the installer put up with either of them for years.

    I had a great experience! I took most of the reviews with a grain a salt, since most people seem to only write reviews to complain and they never give the full story.... Any who, I am so happy to have FINALLY found a company who actually sends you a service technician and NOT a sales technician (who only work for commission and most companies around here use)! Thank you Kelly Air for your services!

    I purchased a new home that had a system installed by Kelley Air and was told to call and register the system which I DID and the incompetent lady I spoke to never registered it so now I have no extended warranty which was promised when I purchased the house and both the ladies that my husband I spoke to and Ron Kelley the owner were rude and useless. Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this company.

    I've used Kelly Air twice in the past 13 months and have had an excellent experience both times. The technicians were on time and very friendly and competent. They answered all my questions and gave me useful tips to keep my AC working better. I'm very happy with them and will not hesitate to call again when my AC needs service. Thanks!

    Had an AC failure and it is under warranty from Lennar homes new build. Took a day and a half to get the message to Kelly but when the service tech Aeis arrived he was on it and located the problem within minutes. Fixed it then went through the rest of the system to check everything!!!

    These guys are contracted out to handle the gated community I live in. Literally the only reason why I have to use them. I had mold spores starting to appear about 4-5 weeks ago. So I call them out to come take a look and they go up in the attic and do whatever they do up there and leave saying "that'll do it. " So I clean it up and it comes back a few days later and it's spread. Call them back out, an employee says, "sorry man im just not able to squeeze back there and reseal everything off. We'll have someone else come back out and take care of it. A week goes by and another specialist comes out, his excuse as well, "sorry bud just can't get up in there and do what needs to be done. The office will call and schedule another appointment......" So here I am waiting for a call to schedule another appointment. Only reason I am stuck using them is because of the HOA and the community having a contract with them. If it weren't for that simple reason I would have had this quandary resolved weeks ago. I am over the excuses.
