I called St. Clair Custom Air for the first time yesterday when our Air Conditioning went out the other day. Of course, it was after business hours. A quick call got them out within half an hour and our AC unit was back up and running faster than my old HVAC company called me back. Their technicians were professional, quickly diagnosed and repaired our AC. We've lived in Cape Coral for over 20 years and we'll be calling St. Clair Custom Air for service next time as well!

My husband and I both have allergies. We talked to Greg, the owner of St. Clair’s Custom Air, who suggested that we install a Reme Halo to purify the air in our house. While I was somewhat skeptical, we had the unit installed about 30 days ago and it works! Our allergies are a lot better and as a bonus, I don’t notice as much dust in the house compared to what we previously had. The cost was relatively inexpensive and frankly, priceless if you consider the allergy relief we both have experienced. If you’re an allergy sufferer, I strongly suggest you talk to St. Clair’s about their air purification products – they know what they’re talking about!

Huge thank you and thumbs up to St. Clair's Custom Air. Friday afternoon a couple weeks ago, our ac system quit. We had family arriving the next day. I called and explained the situation to their receptionist and they sent a tech out an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained our options. He patched our ac system together to get us through the weekend and returned Monday morning to permanently repair the air conditioner. We are extremely thankful for their understanding and professionalism to get us get the ac unit running again. We will be using them for all our future ac needs!

St. Clair's Custom Air is awesome! They came out last minute to repair our air conditioner. They were professional, informative, repaired the ac unit quickly and at a fair cost. We are now on their ac maintenance program so we don't have to worry about our ac going out again. I highly recommend St. Clair's Custom Air!

The St Clair Brothers Greg & Mark and their Team of Professional Technician’s are awesome.
To make a long story short, both of our commercial A/C roof units got destroyed from flying debris of hurricane ian. Due to the fact that we know the St Clair’s family for the good of 20 plus years from playing icehockey with and against them, and used them for all our residential and commercial A/C maintenance and new installations, Mark was a phone call away and on our rooftop the day after hurricane Ian hit the cape.
He immediately assessed the situation and helped me with sealing up the two old a/c openings, to prevent any water damages.
Greg and Mark calculated and found us two brand new commercial direct units , and had custom made Cat 5 brackets and holders per Miami Date specs ordered, and within less than FOUR weeks installed!!!!
All new highly efficient and quiet and new WiFi Thermostats.
They laid down tarps and plywood so that our roof was not damaged from their technicians walking and moving the old and new units, clean work inside and out.

Our air conditioning system was not cooling property. St. Clair's Custom Air send their tech out the same day I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem with one of our ac units, repaired the issue, did routine maintenance on our ac system all at a very reasonable cost. Our house is once again cool. Thank you for the fast response and making quick work of our AC problem.

Very professional showed up on time. Gave me lots of choices choices and didn't steer me one way or the other but just educated me on what made what system better or worse. Installation was smooth and I've already sent them to my uncle's to replace his system as well. Would highly recommend!!
