Before I purchased this house, I was renting. A new AC was installed by St Clair's. The landlord last purchased a 1 yr maintenance on Sept 3 2020. The company skipped the following/ final maintenance, which should have been performed in March. I was unaware of this so was the landlord. I purchased the home Sept of 21. I went up in attic and noticed the overflow pan was full of water. I called the company and they sent a tech out. This is when the company realized they missed the maintenance appt. He performed a service, unclogging the pipe, then vacuuming the water from the blower side of machine. I had inquired about replacing the wet insulation rather than vacuuming. I was told it is a big job, and the boss wants him to vacuum it. Had the company not missed the appt, most likely non of this would have happened. I have since used a different tech to work on my machine. For the last few months I have been smelling bad odor when the ac turns on. I assumed the ducts needed replaced. After replacing the ducts, I still have a smell. I had my tech open the blower side of unit to replace the insulation and it was wet/foul smell. I called St Clair's to inform them to to inquire about having them replace the insulation on the coil side of the unit. $700 is the only way he will come do it. Reason being he won't warranty, is because I started using a different tech to work on my machine. St Clair's is not willing to stand by to make things right when they miss an appointment leading to bigger issues. On the bright side, I have new ducts and I have my tech coming out to replace the coil side insulation. Final complaint, the install crew did leave a mess in attic. They could have and should have brought all trash down with them when they were finished. I wish St Clair's well.

Would not provide emergency service on my AC over weekend because I have a warranty company. Would provide emergency service during the week for an additional $170 fee plus $100 service call. Pathetic!

Amazing patience even when working with jerks at HomeWarranty company. (I don’t know how Gregg or Jeff have the patience to work with them)
Gregg is very knowledgeable and helpful, crew is quick and neat make all the work look very professional.
Hopefully system works as intended.

Would highly recommend even if price is a little more then you’d want to pay.

Taran Trantham arrived when he was scheduled to, checked the entire system, troubleshot and pinpointed the problem, explained the problem and how long it would take to repair the leak and recharge the system and how much it would cost. Taran was very helpful in fixing the problem and explaining everything in a courteous and professional manner. I was very pleased with his service.

They had repaired my old unit several times finally it gave out called them about a new system they sent out all the information about the new systems right away we picked out the new one and they gave us a timeframe to replace it they were able to replace the whole system in about half a day We are very pleased with the results and we would recommend them to all our friends Thank you for your professional job

St. Claire’s communicated with me very well, respected the property and we’re highly professional. Marc communicated very well the time the technician would be there and when they finished. We will continue using them for all of our HVAC needs going forward. The second time we had an issue, we weren’t even home and they notified us that our system was shut down (via home diagnostics), they went out and serviced, sent us a bill through text message and we couldn’t be happier with their service.
