May 29, 2015: This company is very unprofessional and will dragg their feet to drag out the warrenty process. Very rude and disrespectful. They wanted to put me down for monday on the schedule to come replace my coil and put my AC back together and we are already on day 4 with no AC. They point fingers at the warrenty company and try to say its their fault but yet they didn't even send them the report until 11 something today. When they did i got conformation of approval with in and hour from the warrenty company. Upon having the warrenty company call them to find out when they are coming out to fix it they were "locating the part all afternoon". I advised the owner that my children were in the home and that one of them was special needs and he said he didnt care. I advised him that i would make a phone to the news because this is too long to put my family through this and he said he didnt care and that i can call who ever i want and now he's not so sure that monday is avaliable anymore. So then he hangs up on me which i now dont question where his scheduler gets it from if that is who she has as an example. The warrenty company has advise me that they are approved to use their parts. But coviently after i told him i have called and verified that everything is final now its he doesnt have the part

Update: going on 8 days now with out AC. The owner called my Warrenty company and asked for them to re assign the job. I was informed that it was because of my reviews. Well if you didn't want me to inform the public of how you treated me and the things you said to me (you didn't care if this was to put my child in the hospital, I have pictures and video of what we went through with her and how this affected her) then you shouldn't have said what you said and you should have handled this in a timely manner instead of dragging your feet. I also tried to show you how it affected her but you deleted them off your page. Not professional at all.

It's ridiculous that I have to wait all day, even later than your business hours, to have my a/c repaired because I just happen to live down the road from your technician (who is super sweet) so I get to be his last stop on the way home! I'm a customer, not your friend you're doing a solid for! I have a small child in the house suffering through this heat this is unacceptable!
