My business was recently broken into and the main damage was done through the AC unit. The incident happened in the early hours of a Sunday morning. St Clair's Custom Air was not only at the location on Sunday but they made sure that my business was up and running with a working AC by Monday morning before the business opened. This AC company could have taken advantage of the situation being that it was a break in and added charges to the bill so I could put it through the insurance, but the team at St Clair's are honest hard working people who fixed the damage at a reasonable cost without having to put an insurance claim. I knew that replacing my HVAC system was inevitable as it was at the end of it’s normal life expectancy. The ductwork was original and needed to be replaced also. I called St Clair’s Custom Air. Greg came to our house to access and breakdown with us our options best suited for our needs. He gave us a great price for a system that is “ The Cadillac” in the industry. In less than two days the job was complete. Greg came back out the next day to inspect to make sure the installation was done correctly. They also offer financing if you need it at a decent interest rate. I would recommend St Clair’s Custom Air to anyone for service or change outs. There are a number of unscrupulous AC contractors around that give good honest companies like this a bad name.

This company was incredible, 1 call , next day they showed up, incredibly professional! No up sales , no fan fare and simply did more then what was asked of ! The technician , was quiet , incredibly knowledgeable and was quite friendly ! When I received the bill , I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was informative, easy to read with all the information needed for the call and the future of the equipment!
