St. Clair's Custom Air

From my initial contact with their AC tech who came to my house for the estimate/quote I knew I would be choosing this company. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. He spent close to an hour explaining the different A/C units that would work for my house. I agreed to have the work done and signed the agreement. They showed up on time and got right to work on the new install. Those young men worked almost non-stop from 9 to 5 that day. They were skilled in what the job entailed, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. There is no way possible that I could be more pleased with the installation of the A/C unit. I was shocked at the difference between my old unit and this American Standard unit. Colder, and more Powerful than what I’m used to. Thank you to everyone at St.Clair’s Cuatom Air!!

I am very happy with the service that St Clair's provided and would definitely recommend them to anyone. The team has always been polite and professional! My HVAC air handler and condenser were in very poor shape - constantly needing coolant recharges. I was working with a home warranty company and St Clair's was very quick to respond and work with the warranty company on a solution to get the unit replaced. St Clair's provided me a quote on what was covered and not covered and they were not trying to overcharge me for items not needed like a competitor was. When St Clair's installed the new HVAC system - it went very quick. They came back a few weeks later to do a routine check to ensure the system was working correctly and make sure it is up to local code. The new HVAC system has been working great and can cool the house much quicker than my old unit. Thank you!

My wife and I just purchased a new air conditioning and heating unit from St. Clair's Custom Air and we would recommend them to anyone. The units they deal in are amazing and their customer service is above all. The experience with this company was awesome from Daniel coming out to diagnose our problem, meeting Greg and Marc with the options available to us, right down to the install team and their professionalism. Greg and his team go above and beyond by showing up on time, answering my 1000 questions and even gave me an orientation on how to use the new thermostat. Would definitely recommend to anyone that has AC issues. And he's local!!!!

After 14 Years we decided to replaced all 3 of our AC's. St. Clairs had servicing our old AC's for Years and we where happy with them at all the time. After negotiating the best fitting models for our needs and of course getting a package price it took just 5 days until they start with replacing the old ones which was finished within 2 days. Really thank you for the fast replacement. Now we just waiting for the final inspection.

Greg and his team are exceptional. I found them about four years ago when I had a complete failure of my system due to a power surge.

He had a brand new system install for me in less than three days. We moved to a new home last month and Greg installed a split AC system for my garage.

My neighbors are jealous and I want to do business with St. Clair’s. they’ve got great integrity and provided me with a more expensive unit because the unit I ordered was back ordered for many many weeks. He did not charge me an up charge.

Albert was great and very helpful. Cleared my clogged drain line that has been clogged for who knows how long. Gave me some good tips and tricks. Very quick and effective. I think he did great work.

Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. He texted to advise me of his arrival time. He was on time. He answered all my questions and took great care not to leave any debris from cleaning. I was impressed and will continue to use and recommend St. Clair’s Custom Air!

The guys from St Claire are a great bunch of service people. They have been taking care of me for. About 15 years and they know their stuff. Always courteous and polite. And HOnest. When they fix something it is fixed.
I live in an out of the way place and they make it a point to get to
