Absolutely the best service I've ever had from an AC company!! From the first phone call to the technician finishing the job, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were everything you want from a service company. They understood my problem, got the technician out the same day, fixed my AC and didn't try to up sell or price gouge. This company is run like a company should be run. No hastle, just straight forward and professional every step of the way. I will recommend St. Clair's to all my friends for their AC needs.

Everything about my experience with St. Clair's Custom Air was outstanding from the initial phone call up to the actual job completion, and I couldn't have had hired a better company for my AC's repair. Sr Clairs has installed and maintained our equipment for 7 years. There service is top notch and when there is a problem, we can count on them to be very responsive.

I called St Clair's Custom Air to repair our ac unit and they were on point from the start. They were courteous when I first called. Their tech was amazing. He was on time, very thorough and let us know in no time what had to be done. Before he started the air conditioning repairs he fully explained everything he was going to do so we would know in advance what to expect. He was professional and friendly. I received excellent AC maintenance rom my service technician and his assistant for my yearly AC/Heating maintenance. They were both very knowledgeable, professional and explained what they were going to do during the inspection and assure me that my AC system was in top condition. They kept me informed of any issues they found and what their recommendations were.

Water from Ian damaged our AC unit outside. We called several companies looking for a replacement. Most told us it would take months to get a replacement. We called St. Clair's and they got us a new unit within a week. When the unit came in, they called and came out the next day to install it. They were great to work with. Very professional and we will be suing them in the future. So, glad we found St. Clair's Custom Air!

I have been using St. Clair’s for a number of years to help maintain and repair our HVAC system and are always impressed with the speed at which they return my calls and schedule the work. This week they replaced an air handler unit quickly and efficiently, even working with our home warranty company. Great service, nice people and good work. Thank you!

Ian submerged our AC unit and we needed to buy a new one. We called a couple other ac companies that told us there were no units in FL. We then called St. Clair's AC and they acknowledged the shortage of AC units but told us that because they are an American Standard Customer Care Dealer, they could get a new air conditioning units. We ordered our new unit and as soon as we had power, they installed our new unit installed and got our AC up and running again. Thank you so much for the new AC unit and for helping us during a difficult time!
