We had just driven to our new home from California. We get to our house and the AC was not working! 🙀 So I started making calls to find someone. Unfortunately it was already late in the afternoon when I called Buckhalter. And of course they were super busy, because of the extremely hot weather. They said we can be there first thing in the morning, they were!! Very fast and efficiently the technician began working. Well come to find out our fan motor was not working. The technician drove to get the part, came back replaced the fan. Well, there was still a problem. Stumping the first technician, but have no fear! He called in backup, more technicians showed up. With in no time the team had figured out what was wrong and how to fix it! They were all very concerned for my husband, myself and our two dogs. We were very hot, not being used to the Florida humidity. The team was bound and determined to have our air conditioning working! And they did!! We were very happy the team took an interest to make sure we had Air in our new place. They said “one way or the other we will get this working!” And we were very great full!!

Chester was amazing.!! I truly recommend this company for anyone whose experiencing ANY type of problems with your a/c unit. He came out, was very professional and truly friendly. He explained everything to me in layman’s terms so I could understand what was going on. And will be taking the photos to my landlord along with a lengthy statement about what they should do to make sure I no longer have such issues.!! By the time he left my unit was working like it hasn’t in over a month.!! I can’t thank Chester enough. You rock Sir.!!!!

I can’t thank Chester enough for his super customer service & his quick response time to my A/C issue in coming out .Turns out I needed a new fan motor and a compressor combustible fix...he was right on it in ordering my parts. He came out on a Friday and said the parts should be available by Monday or Tuesday...he doctored my A/C up to hold until parts could come in &&&&&& offered to come out for free if failed over weekend too!!! How many A/C techs would do that!!! I would highly recommend this Company to anyone that has a problem👍 In my book...they get a 5 star rating! And to my tech Chester!!! You were AWESOME!!! So happy to have you as my tech...your kindness went along way in my book and I will be sure to tell others if they need a tech...many thank you’d again🤗🤗🤗
