Ms Aly was a delight to speak with. Mr Terry was knowledgeable and quick. He had the parts onboard for repairs and was able to install quickly. Our family was cooling off within 2 hours of our call. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Excellent responsiveness and service. They handled a tough situation really fairly and excellently. I would highly recommend. There are times you deal with a company who is just different in an excellent way. This is one of those companies. It seems like a culture thing that permiates everyone from the receptionist, service techs, manager and salesman. I am very appreciative.

They were able to schedule faster than I expected and had excellent communication at every turn. Terry was an absolute pleasure to work with; his calm, pleasant, friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge of HVAC, and skill level put me at ease. This particular service was for the property of a real estate customer, but I trust this company and plan to use them when I replace the HVAC in my own house.

I highly recommend Buckhalter and Chester, specifically! We are new homeowners, and also new to Florida, so we have recently learned the importance of maintaining our A/C system. From the first time we connected with Buckhalter on Home Advisor, they were quick to contact us and set up a time for our service. They were very friendly and patient on the phone, and we were able to set up an appointment within a few days of calling. We signed up for the Silver service plan, but ultimately found out that our system needed some work. The first time Chester came to our home, he was very polite and spent lots of time explaining everything to us and patiently and expertly answering all of our questions (and we had many questions!). We explained some concerns about our system, and Chester took the extra time to figure out what might be going on, even though we had originally only requested preventative maintenance. Chester returned the next day, as promised, and fixed the issue with our unit. He spent the time to make sure everything was perfect, and didn’t leave until he had checked all possible system components to make sure that our A/C was running at its best ability. I am sure that this unknown issue that needed fixing impacted Chester’s work schedule, but he was very kind to continue to work on our system until it was running perfectly. Our system has not run this well since we bought our home! We have an older system, so we won’t think twice about where to purchase our next system – we will call Buckhalter!

Best AC service in North Florida. Requested five quotes for replacement of our AC unit. Buck Halter was the fastest response, competitive pricing and by far the best service. Installers Travis and Kenny were thorough and polite. They also kept a clean work area and made sure I was satisfied. Had to call for a follow up adjustment and Chester came exactly when he told me he would be here. Very polite and took the time to explain what was happening. This company gets an A+ for fast and professional service!! Thank you Buck Halter!

Great customer service. Polite, on time, and efficient. My repairman Terry fixed my AC quickly and explained both the problem and solution in detail. Very pleased with my experience overall.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! What an excellent service!! We noticed puddles of water around the downstairs AC unit late last night. Immediately, I called Chester for help. He showed up this morning. After checking the unit, he said the AC drain line was clogged. Chester did an excellent job of cleaning the drain line. He was personable and friendly.
Moreover, he was very professional within the best season for AC maintenance specialists. I would recommend this company to anyone. Cheers, Chester!
