I’ve used Buckhalter AC for years when John and Henry took care of my AC needs. Now it is summer 2022 and I have an older AC unit. Calling Buckhalter AC for professional advice. My air conditioner wasn't outputting air as much as it should and they fixed it just in time for the summer so I can survive with out getting heat stroke!

This is the best company in North Central Florida! You can guarantee that they will help you out and not try to just push a replacement system on you. I have had them help out with simple residential repairs at my house and also worked on larger commercial projects with Buckhalter. Highly trusted and recommended!

Update 1/2022 - I had both my air conditioning units completely replaced. These guys were awesome and very professional. I was comfortable leaving them in my home while I was at work and even gave the guys an access code because they were so trustworthy.

The project looks beautiful and the work was clean and neat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new AC at their home.

We are so grateful for the continued wonderful service from Buckhalter, and specifically Chester, over the years! We have an older system, and are big believers in keeping appliances well maintained and running as long as possible. In the past few years, our unit has had some issues with capacitors and leaking coolant. Chester is our primary technician, and always takes the time to not only troubleshoot and fix the issue (permanently!), but also to explain the solution to us. Buckhalter always answers the phone and is able to quickly send a technician, even on a Friday night in summer! We are happy to have a company and a technician that is willing to take the time to fix things instead of immediately recommend replacement. We know that our unit won't last forever (despite how carefully it is maintained by Chester and Buckhalter!), and we will certainly call Buckhalter when it's time for a new unit without a second thought! We had a great experience getting our new A/C installed! Charles came out and gave us a quote on a new system and was very helpful answering any questions we had and recommending the best system for our home. A week later the crew came out and installed our new system just as scheduled. They are prompt, professional and experienced. We are so happy with our new A/C. Thank you! My daughter was out of state on business, when her HVAC stopped working. I called Buckhalter (expecting to be put a few days waiting list), but surprisingly was told they would come out that day. Our technician, young man named Terry, who upon his arrival quickly determined the origin of the malfunction and made the necessary corrections. Terry was professional, informative and polite. Thank you, Terry and Buckhalter.

Called my usual HVAC company and learned that they no longer did residential and they recommended I call Buckhalter Heating & Air. I left a message on Buckhalter's voicemail at 6:30 AM and by 11:25 AM I had a text message telling me that Terry was on his way. They have an app that even allows you to see where your tech is and approximate time to arrival. Terry showed up, was very friendly, asked me exactly what the issue was and he immediately said we should walk out to the condenser. Within 10 minutes Terry had diagnosed the issue to be a bad capacitor. Not only did Terry replace the capacitor, he cleaned up the wiring and made sure they were all zip tied in a neat and orderly fashion. Terry then came into my garage and ran a full System condition report and explained that my system was in very good condition and was working as efficiently as possible. Terry then sent me my bill, I paid with my credit card, and he was on his way and my house was already beginning to cool again. I’ve used this company twice now and have been very satisfied with the work. Last week I had a technician named Chester come out and he was spot on with his service. He was very helpful and friendly 10/10 would recommend!

Had a leaking/clogged drain line and needed an annual maintenance service. Garrett came out on time and promptly fixed everything and was so very pleasant! Aly, in the office, is wonderfully charming and efficient, as is Vana, with whom I initially spoke to about the a/c problem. We just LOVE the team at Buckhalter!😃

My AC system was leaking water in the indoor unit. I called Buckhalter's in the morning and Terry arrived within two hours and, in fact, before his predicted time of arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair within an hour, even adding an access port to the system to make access easier. He was very knowledgeable, amiable and efficient and I learned a lot about AC during his visit.
