Incredible customer service...every single time! I've used Buckhalter service over this past several years. Huge thanks to Chester yesterday for not only working around my work schedule, but making two trips to my home after chasing down a needed part for almost two hours. He insisted on getting my unit up and running instead of rescheduling another day to complete the work needed. All done after work hours into the evening. I appreciate this company so much!

Ray was arrived quickly and was quite knowledgeable. Very respectful of my home and gave me great tips on taking care of my Unit. He did offer upgrades to my thermostat and offered to install, he answered all of my questions patiently and quickly. I would certainly recommend this company and their techs for any of your HVAC needs.

Now 2 days ago I was left without heat in a middle of a cold wave with temperature going below freezing. As soon as I called they came diagnosed the problem and 2 days later I have a brand new machine running. This was quite of a magical smooth satisfying experience. Excellence in service, excellence in knowledge, excellence in communication, excellence in timing and excellence in pricing. If you need some AC/Heater help go there without hesitation. This is what I did and they exceled any of my expectations. I feel proud with myself for making that decision.

Setting up an appointment was easy, and I was even able to get an appointment much sooner than I expected. I was kept informed about the time of arrival, and the technician arrived on time. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and cooperative. The work was expertly done in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Buckhalter Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing repairs on HVAC equipment.

I have used this company since I purchased my home and they have never disappointed me today I had the pleasure of working with Terry and he went out of his way to make sure he gave me all the options available to me. Had 3 representatives from Buckhalter come to my unit today to repair the HVAC. They were professional, courteous and efficient. The air handler in my unit was very old and they had to completely rebuild the box and redo all of the connections. They got it all done the same day and I barely noticed they were here. Great job 👍

The service tech was able to get our AC unit up and running very quickly. I also received a call from the owner of the company later that afternoon to follow up with how the technician had performed and to confirm that we were satisfied with the service. The owner also explained what the technician had done and told us to contact him at any time if we needed anything else.

Had a fan issue with our 4 year old system and unit would freeze up and keep. Running...using quite a bit of electric with no a.c. or heat going into house. My wife gave me the number for Buckhalter after seeing their five star rating. After reading all the great reviews we decided these were the type of people we needed to take care of our a.c. problem. Chris came over that day at scheduled time and diagnosed problem. Bad relay and fan motor. Very next day Chester came over with required parts and expert knowledge of how this system works. Had me up and.going and after changing fan speeds running better than ever. Chester was extremely personable, prompt & efficient. He explained everything he was doing thoroughly. It was a pleasure doing business with him. We will request him anytime we need service or preventive maintenance on our unit!. This was our first experience with Buckhalter & because of Chester we will be calling them for HVAC service in the future.
