Scott and Collin were excellent! They replaced our whole A/C system and were here bright and early to do so. They went above and beyond in making sure everything was satisfactory and up to code. They also diligently cleaned up after their installation. Perfect service!

The team at Buckhalter was quick to respond when we experienced an A/C leak in our garage despite us not being an existing customer. The team was clear in their communications and did a stellar job repairing our issue and performing routine maintenance. I had never experienced a heating and air company that was so passionate about their work. For them it is a passion and a craft. They truly put the customer first.

One of my zone’s quit. They were there the same day and fixed a faulty capacitor in a few minutes. Turned out they’d been here before I moved in so they even applied the warranty to the busted part and it cut my bill by a third. Can’t imagine any better case other than the part not breaking! Great job

I had great service with Buckhalter again today! I called later in the evening yesterday to schedule a maintenance appointment for today. Terry came out within the time frame scheduled and was in and out within an hour. Super nice guy to work with from schedule to payment. He had the part on hand, charged a reasonable rate and had the AC up and running on a very hot day. Perfect!
I have used Buckhalter for four years on two different properties. I have also recommended Buckhalter to friends who have had great experiences with new AC/install and for maintenance. Every experience I have had has been positive including regular seasonal servicing, maintenance and I have purchased a new AC/install from them as well. Honest assessment of the issue and fast effective service. Allie in the office is very pleasant and helpful too. Nice to have a reliable honest company to call when you need help.

Buckhalter lives up to the expectations of professional and timely service, customer-oriented communication, and thorough installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Terry was especially helpful, providing lots of good advice for maintaining the system and walking through how to problem-solve. A super great experience working with the team and I plan to call them again for any other projects!
