I am glad we chose Buckhalter Heating and Air to replace our A/C unit. From the first phone call I was treated like a valued customer. Charles is polite, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond. They offered fair and competitive prices when compared to other companies. Their installers were on time, polite, and worked very well together. They did exactly what they said they were going to do without any surprise charges. There is a reason why they have a 5 star rating.

When our A/C compressor went down, we called a trusted friend who told us we needed to go with Buckhalter.
Chester came out in the rain and fixed us up in no time at all. Not only did he do quality work, he was excellent to work with. Chester was respectful of our home and very clear about explaining what went wrong and how he would fix it. They're the best around!

Our experience with Buckhalter Heating and Air was more than what we expected. After getting the run around from other local businesses, Buckhalter with Garrett and his crew, came in and completed the job with what was recommended for our home, upgraded the AC and furnace to the correct size per our square footage and replaced the air ducts to accommodate the tonnage. While in the Middle of the Florida heat, they came in with window units to keep us cool until our units were installed. Not only were we impressed with the service, we paid close to THOUSANDS less than the competition! I strongly recommend Buckhalter for your next HVAC services. We recently moved into our first home and signed up for a maintenance contract with Buckhalter. They have been nothing short of amazing. Fast and friendly responses, knowledgeable people, and excellent work. Chester and Surge did everything they could to make sure our system was working properly and would stay that way. Buckhalter Hearing and AC saved me!! I was scheduled for a $10,000 new AC system from a local AC company that told me that my compressor was finished!! I had been without AC for 2 weeks waiting for the nee AC! I decided on the day of scheduled install to have another opinion. Buckhalter’s men came, took apart everything & for an hour plus took the time and found that it was simply a loose wire on the board!!! Cost me $139.00 instead of $10,000.00!!! They saved me big time!! A month later my AC is still working perfectly! Thank you Buckhalter Heating & AC!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! What a GREAT service!! My parents had an issue with their heater and it stopped working in the middle of the cold night. Chester and Surge showed up a day later and worked on the heater. My mother contacted someone else a day before and received a $7,000 estimate work. Chester and Surge checked on the system and found no issues. They conducted another thorough check of each circuit and system but did not find anything. They said it could be a simple disarmed door or switch off. Chester was very patient and professional with my father, who has hearing loss and speaks English as a second language. In the end, my parents were happy with the result and ended up signed on their annual maintenance plan. Thank you again for your honesty and great service!

We signed up for HVAC maintenance and after David our technician found out we had just moved into our house, he did a FULL cleaning of our Goodman system, going above and beyond what the maintenance package included. He said he knew what it was like to move into a new house, and so he checked over the system, gave feedback, and then went to work cleaning it. I was so grateful and wasn't expecting that at all. I feel in safe hands with this company.
