After having 2 different AC companies come to diagnose our problem and giving quotes for 2 different repairs ranging from 2k to 4500 I called Buckhalter for a 3rd opinion. Jeremy came out and was super professional took his time to explain everything and found the real root of the problem which ended up being an easy fix that was overlooked and was done for a fraction of the cost. Would highly recommend this company and Jeremy in particular. Thanks!

Ray was amazing in evaluating the old HVAC in our home before we bought it. Providing us with quotes that helped us get a credit from the sellers. Then after we bought our home they were so fast at scheduling us. Collin and Kyle installed the HVAC today and they were so polite & efficient. Throughout this all I've had great communication via phone, email and text with Jessica. We're definitely signing up for the once a year maintenance with Buckhalter. Overall Buckhalter did do a good job. The indoor and outdoor units were installed in a timely manner. Upon inspection, there were a few mistakes, but were addressed speedily by Tyler (who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional). He was better equipped for the job than the guys who originally installed.
Now, our only negative thing to watch out for is communication could be better. We had to call about the problems and get the inspection, but once they knew about the problems they quickly fixed them.

Contact a different a/c professional, this is not worth the headache. I'm very regretful we chose Buckhalter.

It's been about 3 months since Buckhalter installed an entire new HVAC at our house. Zero follow up was done by Buckhalter to ensure inspection is done by the county(so I'm left wondering if this was done up to code or even legally, & I'm probably going to have to file hundreds of complaints and that's a lot of work), zero documentation was provided to me from Buckhalter for my tax and house records. I've emailed, called multiple times and their response is less than helpful. So, the new HVAC works but I'm left with zero guarantee on how well or for how long, not to mention concern that I've wasted thousands on something that'll need redone here because it seems they are skirting county building codes and regulations. It'll be tax time in just over a month and I have nothing for that too. Save yourself the headache and contact one of the many other a/c professionals in the area.

We had an incredible experience working with Buckhalter! Ray gave us a quote and quickly scheduled our install date. He was professional, polite, and responsive.

On install day, Chester and Kenny did a fantastic job working quickly and communicating with me. They were both extremely polite and knowledgeable, so the whole experience was comfortable and smooth.

We are so pleased with their work and highly recommend Buckhalter! Loving the new AC, especially in the Florida summer!
