Buckhalter patiently waited while I did home repairs to get ready for their installation. I think they were fair with me and did a great job with the installation.

I was told that I had to replace my air conditioner unit, inside & outside. Buckhalter technician Chester Mullins worked outside for a couple of hours & was able to fix it.

Our old AC finally quit on us. We called 2 other AC companies and then a co-worker recommended Buckhalter. From the moment I called them I knew they were going to be the most honest company.

They were very responsive and on time. They came out put freon in our old system to hold us over till our new one was installed, but the freon kept escaping really fast. They then let us borrow a window unit which helped cool down our living room area.

One night it got so hot in the house. It was almost 10:30pm at night, so I called and the tech was almost home and he turned around went back to the shop got some more freon and came to our house and filled us back up so we can get a somewhat good night sleep.

Then we got the call our new system was ready to be installed. We were super excited. We went with there new Trane system and even had UV light installed and a new nest thermostat installed.

Needless to say, I can't say enough about this company. They were amazing and still are till this day. As long as they are in business I will use them. Please Buckhalter never change and keep growing.

Just had my new Amana Heat Pump system installed today by Buckhalter and I could not be happier. Garrett was the lead installer and he was terrific !! The two men worked in tandem and before I knew it the system was installed. Very professional service !!!

I m writing this review and thank you letter because I want others to know what truly good people there are at Buckhalter Heating and Air. My A/C stopped working a week before family was coming to visit. The forecast was expected to be 85-90 degrees which would have been very uncomfortable for not only us but for our guests as well.

Having made them aware of the situation, the management , parts and service team worked to do all they could to fit us in their schedule to have us up and running in just two days which was well before our company was scheduled to arrive.

In today’s world, this is very impressive. My wife and I are most grateful to this company and the people who work there. The service was exceptional and everything was done at we believe was a very fair price.

Special thanks to Chester. I have never met a more professional technician . Within a few minutes of talking to him you felt comfortable that he was so pleasant and that he not only knew what he was doing but took pride in his work and appearance.

I highly recommend Buckhalter Heating & AC. Chester arrived earlier than expected, was very professional, and got my AC up and running very quickly at a reasonable price. Now, I won't have to suffer in 90+ degree heat praying that I might have to spend an exorbitant amount to be comfortable again. It's always nice to find honest people who you know can be trusted just in case you need to reach out again. 5 Stars for sure.

I can not recommend Collin and Ray enough. What a great service and installation. I found myself in a situation with a older unit that was failing. A few bandages were applied at a cost. But over a few days we realized that it was hopeless. Buckhalter worked out a plan for a new unit and to deduct part of the repair to help with the cost. We have just finished the install and the cold air is flowing and could not be happier. I have a solid understanding of AC systems and functions so I do know when the wool is being pulled over my eyes. Never did I feel that Collen or Ray were doing that. They are professional and very efficient. 3hr install and cold cold air is flowing. Thank you for all your hard work as I know working in this industry is brutal (Florida heat) and sometimes with very few thank you. I would like you to know how thankful we are. And we will be using you again. By the way the new unit beat other companies so another way to go on price!!

When our AC breathed its last a week ago, with outside temperatures of 85F, Buckhalter came within 24 hours of our call. They brought over a portable unit to tide us over until all the parts were available for our AC of choice to be installed. Each time they showed up, they were friendly and explained everything in full. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them! Efficient, professional and knowledgeable team of people, who are communicative and personable. Thank you Buckhalter!!

Highly recommend Buckhalter for your AC needs! They returned my call promptly and were able to get me scheduled for the next day! Ray went out of his way to make sure my needs were met and took time troubleshooting over the phone. He was a godsend!
