Rich is very professional and informative. His knowledge of our system made our service a pleasant experience. The office staff are very accommodating and patient when trying to coordinate a schedule. Absolutely love this company.

I am very pleased with this service. From the time that I called and wondered why I couldn’t just get more refrigerant ( someone then explained that I shouldn’t be losing refrigerant every year and they needed to check for a leak). CJ was personable and very knowledgeable. I live in a 3 story home that he climbed back and forth not to mention my AC is on the roof!! So he got a ladder and was up there fixing the unit. I was so pleased I wanted to tip him but he adamantly refused my tip!! If you are the owners and would give me an idea how I could show my appreciation, I would be grateful.

I have a maintenance agreement with the company and they called to remind me of my free annual checkup, which I found very professional. The technician, Trevor, showed up right on time and was very personable. He wore booties to protect my floors and spent over an hour checking my furnaces. He even put in my filter for me! He checked the AC units and let me know a part was going bad. I felt no pressure to to fix it, but decided to do so. He had the part, installed it in no time and showed me the bad part and how he checked it. I have been very impressed with this company. I feel they are very honest and professional and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

Rich was awesome! He came the same day that we called without having any heat in our house. He was very helpful and knew what we needed to fix our heater. Very nice and knowledgeable. Thank goodness:)

When I woke this morning my house was cold. I looked at my thermostat and there weren't any numbers on the screen. I looked at my house thermometer and saw that it was 59 degrees inside the house. I called One Hour and they responded as quickly as they could. Joe P arrived, assessed the problem explained what needed to be done and fixed the problem in no time. Because I am a club member most of the problem was covered under my contract. Just on part was not and that was minor considering what it could have cost me. I have been a club member for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with all the services I have received from the company. Joe P. was very polite and understanding. A good representative for One Hour.

Excellent job. Very courteous and helpful. Andre and Marcus did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond to get my unit up and running as quickly as possible. The entire experience was exceptional. From Josh making the initial diagnosis to Hai coming out to take additional information and Andre and Marcus installing the new unit, the process went seamlessly. I had a unique situation. My wife had just passed away when the unit went bad. The wake was to be in a few days at my house and I was desperate. All of the guys went out of their way to get the job done. My family will be forever grateful for the job they all did and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has a customer for life.
