One Hour Heating and Air

Terrell came this morning to fire up our new ductless HVAC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Ultimately he was unable to get everything up and running due to the refrigerant (I believe) but worked very hard trying. He notified the installer and informed us that the installer will be back in the next day to work on it again.

Eric was terrific! He arrived within an hour of my phone call on one of the hottest days this summer. He got to work and our inside temp started dropping from 81 degrees. We can't thank you enough for his and your company's excellent service.

They installed a 6 year old system instead of a new one. I called. No one returned my call. Next step is lawyer.

Hai Lo came and looked at my heating unit and did a great job diagnosing and repairing my unit. He was very friendly, professional, on time and highly experienced. Thank you Hai Lo for keeping my kids warm for this winter.

We've been so happy with Calvert One Hour! They installed both our heater and AC units, and we have their maintenance plans for ongoing inspection and maintenance. I can't say enough about the company. Everyone we've worked with has been very friendly and helpful, and the technicians are always professional and kind. We've even switched to One Hour for maintenance of the heat/AC for my rental property, which was installed by another company. The service from One Hour has been exemplary, and I want to thank Josh, who came out in the rain to help us at our rental to prepare it for sale. He was kind and courteous. The whole company is great. My experiences with office staff have been fantastic as well.

Rich and the entire team at One Hour Heating and Air did a phenomenal job getting the air conditioning running in our newly purchased (but built in 1900) home. Part of the system is located in an extremely difficult to access spot (a tight attic) and yet they managed to get the job done when another company could not. Ramon took the time to explain how to care for the unit, change the filters and was concerned of the comfortability of my family with the new air filter cleaner. Highly recommend Ramon for any service call as he has come to my home twice now!
