Just want to say that I think many of the complaints is based on a system issue with how claims are dealt with but let me tell you OUR story to help clarify. We had a home warranty as our AC broke at the end of August, good and bad timing, good cause the summer was winding down. Cold1 was the first company, let me tell you they were a chop shop, someone came out but it took them over a month to deal with the paperwork and would not process us, so we got ANS to come out instead. They came out looked at our system, did preliminary work which they were required to do, in the end they diagnosed that we had to get it entirely replaced. I could tell the owner from ANS was fighting for us with the warranty company as he was on the phone with them, so I really appreciated that, he texted us his ETA when he'd be out here the multiple times he came out. I think they've been given a raw deal in terms of the claim process which is out of their hands but when they do decide to do the work they are of utmost quality.

ANS was hired by my home warranty company to come out when the heater stopped working in my brother's trailer. My brother is mentally challenged. The claim was filed Sun night, Mon morning ANS was assigned and an appointment was set for Friday morning. I called and texted twice on Monday requesting a call back as I wanted to find out if they could make it out before Friday. Byron called me on Tuesday. I explained there was no heat in my brother's trailer. He said Thursday afternoon was possible but not likely. Friday morning he called to get directions. When it being in a trailer park was mentioned, he asked what year the trailer was. He said they just worked on a 1975 trailer then stated they don't work on trailers. He suggested we go out of network for service. He knew on Tuesday it was a trailer but waited until Friday to refuse the job, leaving my brother without heat for 4 days! I would never hire this company and I do not recommend them. I strongly suggest getting a different contractor.

If I could give Bryon a negative 5 star rating I would. That is what this low life deserves. Every single negative comment about this guy is 100% accurate. We contacted our home warranty when we bought the house and realized the ac wasn't working as well as it should. After the winter the warranty company sent him out to replace the entire system. After running it the second day it started hissing and stopped working all together. We called Bryon to no avail. So we bit the bullet and paid for a local hvac company to come service our brand new system. 300$ later we were told due to the atrocious install the entire unit was shot. Finally got through to Byron and he said he would be out the next day. 4 days later he finally showed up, read the meters said everything was fine and left. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A 10 FOOT POLE! BUYER BEWARE
P.S. Never trust a company that gives himself a 5 star rating on his business
EDIT: you were the first contractor to come service the unit. Funny how the heater worked just fine with the old air compressor and the new contractor fixed your mess.
Also I called multiple times and gave you multiple chances to come back and fix the issue. You decided not to respond and when you did you continued to ask if I had put in a claim. Why would I put in another claim to have you come back out and warranty your work? And sue me for libel? Is that a threat? Because I have pictures, estimates and receipts to back up everything I have commented on. So please take this review to heart and do better by your customers. If you put half the energy you do into your job as you do defending yourself to thes comments you will start to see your reviews increase.

Hi All, I generally never post any reviews for any services but in this case, I believe I have to post a review to share my experience and warn others.
I recently placed a claim in through our home warranty service. ANS was the assigned contractor and they stopped by next day. Without any detail inspection, they recommended to replace the furnace which was covered by warranty company. They replaced the furnace within a week. Everything up to this point was fine and I checked my new heater which was working fine.
As soon as, they finished the job, I asked to check my Air conditioner as well....just to make sure if it is working properly as well as It was fully functional before repairing the heater. The service person freaked out and started to yelling at me and then I suspected there is something wrong. I checked my AC unit and it wasn't turning on. I told him several time to check the connection but he didn't do that and asked me to call warranty company in spring and place another claim and left.
Then I have to call my own HVAC guy and he found out that AC wire aren't connected. I am very disappointed as I have to pay for his time for a simple fix which happed during installing of new furnace.

Look at this contractors remark. Would you want to do business with someone like this. How is it the home warranty company issue if the provider refuses to return any messages for 3 days. Run and run fast from ANS. Trust me, it is not worth the aggravation. There are MUCH better contractors!!!!

Made a claim thru my home warranty company and this was the contractor they assigned the job too. Gentlemen came out diagnosed my heater and sad it needed replacing. Seemed reliable and very professional. A week later still no report too my home warranty company. Called both the home warranty company and ANS both blamed it on each other. Here I am 3 weeks later still nothing from either provider but atleast the home warranty company answers the phone. I have left 2 voicemails and also text messages too ANS with no response.

I read the mixed reviews and still tried as they were assigned for my area. Two voicemails and two texts over 5 days and not even a response that my request was received. I’d expect that at the least just to text back we’ll get back to you. Why say you can use the number for text if you don’t reply?Yes it’s summer and I’m sure they are busy but 5 days and no reply? Even the insurance company tried to contact them and couldn’t get them. Extremely poop customer service. While some reported a good encounter, unfortunately I cannot say the same.

Absolute worst. I went through my home warranty people because our AC stopped working. Supposed to contact us within 24 hours. Never happened. I called and emailed them. Never heard from them. Called my warranty company back and they had to get me another contractor. This company is awful.

I cannot say enough bad things about the service of this company. My home warranty tried to set us up with ANS two times for different appliance issues and they never showed up for the first TWO appointments that I took off of work to be home for. The second appliance issue they never called back and when I finally got them on the phone they admitted to screening the calls and said they can't do the work! Awful company. My home warranty company is even dropping them so it's not just me.

We got assigned this company through our home warranty. Our heater went down last night I put in a service request and he came out the next morning . Very nice guy and fixed our heater! Will definitely use them again !
