Very pleased with the whole experience having my air conditioning unit replaced as well as duct work. I was first meet in a timely manner with the owner Mr. Peet who clearly spelled out the scope of the work and ordered the needed parts. Rich and Jim lead the team of workers who installed everything ahead of schedule and with a smile. Thank you for all of your help as I will be recommending Modern Controls for HVAC needs.

Called for a quote on around $250,000 worth of HVAC controls and was put on hold for 13 minutes... very unprofessional
