One Hour Heating & Air again has come to our rescue, as temps are to hit triple digits this weekend. Josh S. was timely, reliable and responsive. He was able to troubleshoot and shared the path-forward. We appreciate all they do! Thank you.

Lets start with professionalism, he came in respectfully to my house and asked what was the problem and started to work and check out what was the issue. He talked to me and my lady with straight up honesty and no BS (respectfully and professional, of course). We from NYC, so that right there made us comfortable enough to trust this guy.
He talked to us with the technical terms but at the same time broke it down where we can understand what was being said. He told us what we need to fix and what can be done and our options. I didn't feel like he was short changing us or even over doing it. He was telling it how it is and what can actually be done.
Overall, if any person that reads this and looking for someone to be honest, hardworking and knowledgeable, Josh S. is your guy. I want him back every single time to make sure we are good. And whoever is reading this from the company, he needs a raise ASAP! Don't lose this guy, he will help your company grow and will motivated other to work for you!

Service tech Eric was very thorough and professional in doing our annual tune up and maintenance in our home’s two HVAC units. He diagnosed and fixed a minor issue with one of units that had it not been corrected, could have resulted in major problems.

Richie was the best! He installed a new expansion tank on my boiler. He showed up on time, and finished before the time he quoted me. He did a thorough check to make sure everything was correct. He was a pleasure to talk to and answered any questions that I had. As always, I appreciate the service that 1 hr heating provides. Keep up the good work!

Great service. Reasonable price. The technician was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate receiving a text message with the picture and name of the technician who was coming so I knew who to expect. Will definitely call them in future to service my HVAC system.

The technician (Ramon) was punctual and helpful in delivering our filters and explaining the replacement process. We appreciate his diligence and professionalism.

Josh showed up earlier than expected which was a great thing. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving then repaired it and had the the ac working again. Flat rate repair cost, didn't waste any time. Will be using one hour again and again, hopefully not to often but when needed.

Excellent service & professional! Josh is so efficient and took care of our AC unit as it was blowing out hot air in this summer heat. I would highly recommend him and his company!!! Reasonable rates and the best experience we had! I called the day at 4.30pm and Josh was out at 10.30 am the next day! Wow!!! Amazing, I am totally happy we have our AC back within the hour!!! I found Ramon to be very professional, knowledgeable, and informative in educating me about the history and service maintenance required for my heater. Ramon arrived as scheduled. He has a very pleasant personality. My heater is 14 years old and is still, “knock-on wood” operating well, and I give all credit due to Calvert Heating, now One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Calvert Heating installed my heater 14 years ago and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning has done an amazing job in providing the annual maintenance service needed. New boilers/heaters and home protection coverage plans are quite costly, so to get a another good report card that all is going well with my old heater, was good news to hear today, but I did get an “F” on the condition of my filter, which I never change only because it is challenging to install within the tight small area where the filter is to fit, but I have committed to do better and hopefully receive an A on my next report card.
