Regan One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning

We had Regan install a ductless mini split system on both floors of our house in March. We asked for several quotes for different possibilities and Joe worked with us on all our asks (and changes). Once everything was confirmed the appointment was scheduled quickly. The install techs were great, they were communicative, answered my questions along the way, and were very neat and respectful of our house. We’ve only tested the heat briefly, the big test will come when the heat of summer hits for the a/c to save us, but all initial tests went great. We had a great experience every step of the way and I would recommend them based on our experience.

Gerrick was able to come out and quickly analyze the issues with two of my AC units. The fix was quick and he was extremely helpful in giving me advice on how to take best care of the condensers. Very happy with the service and professional work

VERY expensive and they don't even give you an itemized list of parts and labor and when asked the secretary was pretty rude.
We used them because our plumber broke his leg...
The cost of parts were blended with the labor... no details. NO WAY THESE combo parts cost $800+ dollars-- they offered no estimate either. Im guessing they figured we were in a pickle so they charged what they wanted.
Oh, and I had to call them back because the new parts were leaking.

Problem wasn't fixed either!!

Regan is a lifesaver! I have had countless techs from other big name companies in RI come out to try and fix my Central Air, but Regan fixed it in just a couple of hours. They were FAST to come out, too! A tech was out the day after I made a call, and fixed the issue on the spot. I am happy to be unplugging my portable AC unit tonight!

I just had Regan install a new AC in my house. (Yeah, I know it’s winter, but the off-season price was right.) They provided quality components and did a great job. The technicians were outstanding, cleaning as they went along. They went well above what was expected. I have no reservations recommending this business.

The Regan team was courteous, professional and extremely considerate of our home for the four days they worked here. It was a major job as they were installing ducted AC on the second floor and two ductless units on the first. The job required a fair amount of plumbing, wiring, cutting, drilling, etc. But despite all of that, our home remained clean and the disruption to our lives (I work from home) was about as minor as I could imagine for a job that size. I would absolutely recommend Regan to anyone considering a central air install.

Regan came out on a Friday night after we had water leaking from our ac unit to a downstairs neighbor. They were here within an hour of the issue and diagnosed all very promptly and professionally.
